Look, getting towed sucks, but I understand it's business, and when it's your livelihood, of course they'll take the opportunities they get to tow legally, even if it sucks for the one getting towed. I totally get it.In my case it was a simple mistake at my own apartment complex, my fault, it is what it is. Picked up on the second ring when I called the number listed, gave me the address, amount, and when to arrive. Driver was there on time, was polite and gave me a chance to take a look around the car to make sure it was undamaged. My car is AWD and he was careful enough to use dolleys for the rear so my diff didn't get shredded while towing it.Of course getting towed is a major bummer, but for what it's worth, these guys are polite and mindful of your AWD vehicle, something I can't say for other towing companies I've dealt with in the past.

They stalk the alloys apartments and tow people unfairly

Disappointing. Towed my car because I pulled though a stall and on the other side of the stall the signed was different from the first one I read. There was no way to contact them because there is no number on the sign. Honestly a joke.

Predatory towing company. They'll take every penny they can squeeze out of you. Don't bother trying to appeal to their humanity. They have none.

This towing company facilitates parking enforcement for my apartment complex and is the unfortunate, typical parking enforcement company who are eager to tow a car because it's 1 minute past the deadline, but will never remove a vehicle when it's illegally parked in such a way that prevents people from entering & exiting their own parking spots. So they can avoid confrontation. If the person is with their vehicle, they won't ever say something or ask you to move, let alone tow your car. But if you're not around, they are foaming at the mouth to tow your car so they can "do their job" while doing as little as possible. It's sad, because, apartments like the ones they're responsible for in Orem are primarily dominated by a younger more active crowd, and they have the opportunity to have a significant, positive impact on the overall situation. But because they're more focused on avoiding confrontation and accomplishing whatever they're expected to do while doing as little as possible, in the easiest way possible, it creates a system that enables people to block parking spots and get away with it without concern because they know that someone who works for a place like this isn't ever going to say something about it. Then as soon as you're gone is when they get suddenly get tough. Please contribute to a solution instead of breeding an environment that nurtures the problem.

I would encourage everyone who is thinking of using this company to look at previous reviews. We absolutely need to get this company OFF the police departments call rotation list cuz as many have mentioned in previous reviews they seem to have a very chummy relationship with police. Or at least they feel entitled that they do. The manager I spoke to who again wouldn’t give me his name and told me “any more questions you can ask my attorney” (if he really has one which i doubt) so I calmly said “ok what is your attorney’s name so I can” and he abruptly hung up on me which it seems he has done multiple times to others. Terrible business. Terrible rude employees. The should seek different employment. Horrible in every sense of the word. They should also perform mandatory drug tests as most all companies do. They scratched my car Totally dismissed it completely saying our drivers are “very careful”. Judging from their leadership I’m not sure if this really the case.Service: Car towing

Sketchy back alleyway with no office. Every time you call, the guy is super rude and hangs up without giving you clear instructions on how to even get your car back. Made us stand out in the freezing cold for half hour before he'd talk to us. Had to call him back 4 times to get a quote and then he charged us more than he quoted when we got there. Unbelievable that they're even in business. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.Service: Car towing

If I could give a negative review I would. The tow driver was a complete jerk. Rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn't give us the time of day we needed it towed to another location and he wouldn't even help us. The service sucks the worse service I've ever had.

They litterally walked by me and daughter while waiting to get our car out of impound which they do not have an office for and the tow yard is in some back alley way he switched tow trucks and proceeded on his way to somewhere else and they knowing we’re here to pick up our truck and then makes us wait as he’s being rude to my husband on the phone this place is a no good scam hustle and the cops do business with them

I wish there was a zero star option. The owner is a complete A-hole! They tow your car, even if it has a pass in it. They charge you ridiculous prices to get your vehicle back, and make it such a hassle to do so. They don’t even have an office, you have to wait in a sketchy parking lot for over a hour to see anyone in order to get your vehicle back. Horrible experience and horrible employees! I hope they get sued and go out of business for malpractice! ?

Wish there was a zero star option. The whole purpose of a towing company should be to make sure that people who aren’t supposed to be parked there get towed and fined. Regardless of if the parking pass is in your car they still charge you like $200 to get your car back ridiculous.

The worst. They patrol a lot of lots in Utah county and I’ve always heard experiences from friends who’ve been towed at skin science institute and classic skating in Orem. Now I have my own nightmare experience at the Italian village of 800. I was towed for being parked in a spot that was clearly marked visitor on the map that was provided by the HOA. When I met up with them to get my car back they had a different map and it looked like it was colored with sharpie to change the red visitor parking to black assigned parking. I wanted to take a picture because obviously that is ridiculous and he said no and wouldn’t let me see the map again. They were extremely difficult to deal with and were dishonest in a way I have never seen before in my life. Blatant lies about signage and fees that made no sense and made them look dumb. They would lie straight to gods face and probably tow him too.

Getting towed is a very traumatic experience. I got towed from my own spot with my parking tag hanging on my rear view mirror where it is supposed to be. I was very upset and yelled at the man on the phone and ultimately agreed to meet to get my car for $300 later that day. When I got there he (Lance) opened the gate for another person to get their car and I asked him if I could examine my car before paying him to see if my pass was actually in the car.I will admit that I was upset and aggressive in asking for what I wanted. He met me with matching aggressiveness and told me I was not allowed to go look at my car without paying. My husband had a much calmer head and while I went to go get cash from an ATM he asked Lance for the images that were taken of my car and saw a sliver of my pass hanging. Because my husband was rational and calm he managed to talk Lance into letting him go look at my car. He saw the pass and Lance made a phone call and came to the solution that the tow company was in the wrong and they gave me my car for free.Getting towed always sucks and usually these guys are not willing to work with you but Lance was kind enough to listen when he was being treated with kindness.Just remember to be level headed and that they will mirror whatever emotion that you throw at them. Aggression will get you nowhere.Service: Car towing

We were in an accident and our car had to be towed away. Orem City PD called this towing company for the tow. We've tried calling every day since the accident only to be told something different. The first day it was "let us get your car booked in and call us tomorrow". So we called the next day when we were told "I didn't tow your car. I don't know where it is. We have multiple yards. Call back tomorrow between 8 and 5 and we'll help you out." So we called today for the third time at 4:50 to which I got the response "I can't tell you where your car is. Call tomorrow between 8 and 4."The people on the other end of the phone are HORRIBLE! They aren't helpful at all. They are rude and short and all I'm trying to do is figure out where my car is so we can get our personal belongings out. It's been 3 days and we still have no idea where our car is. Use someone else. This company is a headache!Service: Car towing

As much as getting towed stinks, we were able to pick up the vehicle at 9pm on Sunday with no problems. The gentleman that answered the afterhours line was very nice and waited for us to get there. The price was reasonable considering it was stored at their location for the three days.
