I showed up knowing the exact truck I wanted and Jeremiah was extremely helpful! He let me test drive it for nearly an hour to make sure I was sure I wanted it. Then any minor issue I had he immediately addressed. All his vehicles had a full service done before purchase as well. A few days after I picked it up I checked the carfax for the last oil change and realized the shop he sent it to simply forgot to do it. I messaged him and without hesitation he quickly offered to pay for an oil change because that is their policy. Once it was done he Venmoed me. The best truck buying experience I’ve ever had!

We just bought a Ford Expedition from Jake and he was great to work with! Easy going and not pushy at all. Great to work with on our trade in. Before we knew it, we were signing paperwork and taking it home!

This place is excellent!! I recommend that you come to this dealer!! They have excellent customer service!! They sold us a good car, especially the model that my wife was looking for, she loved it, we tested it and it was perfect, although when we got home, we noticed a detail that we had missed, the owner was willing to solve it without additional charges or deception! ! This is being professional. Thank you Konig auto for helping us trust a dealer again!!

This place is great and the sales man are amazing, had some issues a little after buying my car that the dealership did not know of, once I told them they made sure to fix it and take full care of me and my car. Amazing guys here

I have very limited car buying experience. But I have to say I was very pleased with the service here. I had a few questions about the car and even had it looked at before purchase and Jeremiah was extremely honest and straightforward. I came out aware of potential issues at the get go and the honesty was greatly appreciated. We came to a great price for the car. I also didn't feel rushed, dismissed, or ignored. Would definitely consider Konig if you are looking to buy a used vehicle!

Paid $500 in repairs right out of the gate!! I bought my 2016 Audi Q5 through these guys on 01/22/23 and found the torn CV Boot and broken axle less than 2 weeks later (2/4/23). I live 3 hours away and couldn't drive it back and forth from Orem for warranty work, so I paid $507 out of pocket for the repair. I feel like I put food on their table and they took it off mine. Make sure you get your vehicle of interest looked at before buying! I didn't have that luxury since I was stranded without another vehicle to get me and my family home. Other than that, I love my car (crossing my fingers nothing else is wrong with it) and their diligence to get me in it.

Jake and Jeremiah were total studs in my car buying process. For one, I never once felt pressured by them to buy. They also are super great at answering all of my questions, as I am a meticulous person and want to make sure that I cover all the bases before making a decision. They are super friendly and helped me feel confident in buying the perfect car. I definitely give my stamp of approval and would recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Jake and Jeremiah were a pleasure to work with!! They were very helpful and completely up front with the condition and cost of the vehicle. Unlike many other places, there were no unnecessary fees (only a reasonable doc fee) and no pushy add-ons. I would definitely use Konig again for a future automotive purchase!!
