I was referred to this cleaning service by a friend and decided to give them a try. When I first called, I was quoted around $280 and was told I could share my budget with the cleaners when they arrived. Since this was my first time using a professional cleaning service, I was a bit flustered when they showed up and didn’t end up discussing budget details. I simply explained what I wanted done, and they got to work.
After about 3.5 hours, I was told they were wrapping up and the total would be $350—more than I had expected. When I mentioned this to the owner, she kindly offered to reduce the price to $300. However, once I got home and saw the results, I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the cleaning. Despite a few minor spots that were missed and some water damage, the overall job was excellent, so I decided to pay the full $350 because I felt they earned it.
The next day, I did notice a new crack in my toddler’s bathroom sink that hadn’t been there before. When I brought it up, the owner responded quickly and professionally. Although there was a disagreement about whether the damage was pre-existing, she still took responsibility and promptly reimbursed me $135 to replace the sink, which I really appreciated.
Overall, despite a few bumps in communication and the issue with the sink, the cleaning was thorough, and the customer service was responsive and respectful. I would consider using them again, with clearer communication on the front end next time.

Garbage company, they jam 3 cleaners into your house, barely clean and then expect to be paid for garbage work... don't ever higher them unless you want to be re cleaning everytime...

Honestly don’t know why I’m paying $200 for a deep clean when I had to come home to clean baseboard, walls, and doors myself. I specified what I wanted cleaned and only part of it was done. I’ve cleaned my house myself plenty of times to know it wasn’t a time issue, just a quality issue. Unfortunately, I won’t use this company again and I wouldn’t recommend them.Services: Standard cleaning
