I recently had an outstanding experience at Leiva Motors. The entire team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect vehicle. Their willingness to assist and answer all my questions made the process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Leiva Motors. They exceeded all my expectations!

My friend tried to purchase a car through the dealership. Had them put down a deposit to hold the car but it was 500$ to just hold it. They went to their bank to finance the car but the title was not in the dealer name and the bank had a notice of the dealership that it has had previous issues, so they would not approve the loan. My friend let the dealership know that they would not be able to move forward and they would need their deposit back. The dealership refused to refund the deposit even though there was never mention of it being non refundable and now they are out 500$. The issue was on the dealers end and they refuse to make it right.
I get a deposit to hold the car of like 50$ but 500$ is absurd to just hold the car.
You may be better off looking somewhere else, I’ve never had an issue with Action Auto at any of their locations.

Don't trust them, tried to sell my family a car while the title was still with the original owner and not with the dealership. Refused to refund the deposit.

Worst Car Dealership Ever - Complete Scam!
My husband and I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. First off we tried to get approved at a bank for loan, but this dealership is flagged for not giving banks titles for the cars. So we had to get a proof of the title. We then discovered that the title wasn't even in the dealership's name! It was still in the name of the original owner. They tried to pressure us to use their bank to get a loan. When we tried to get the deposit back, they flat-out refused! Nowhere is it posted that deposits are non refundable or that you even have to put one down.
These people are beyond shady. They are super pushy, trying to rush you into signing papers without giving you time to think or check the details. It’s clear they are just out to scam people out of their money. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. If I could give them zero stars, I would!
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

Rafael was fabulous!
We test drove several cars trying to find the right car for my son who is going to college at Utah State University. We selected one car and switched to a Honda Accord because that was the car my son had his heart set on when we first started looking. All the people at Leiva Motors were great to work with so it’s nice to now have car dealer that I can trust.

I went in to check are car and it was labeled as a clean title then i went to jiffy lube to get it checked and they told me it was definitely a rebuilt title the whole front hood was replaced. This was the Volkswagen Passat 2021

You can trust this people. They are honest and efficient. I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan from them. The price was very low for such a nice car.. I've been driving it for two months now, the car runs PERFECT!!!! In conclusion, more than fair prices, excellent costumer service, and 100% trust worthy.

Terrible service, be careful when you buy here because they sell damaged cars and they make you sign a non-warranty paper, I bought a 2016 Dodge Grancaravan from them and after a thousand miles the transmission was damaged, they did not want to acknowledge anything and they wash their hands with the no guarantee, apart from everything they sold it to me overpriced
