I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Lisa! She helped replace the screw on my eyeglasses quickly and didn’t charge me for it. Her kindness and attention to detail really made my day. I’m so grateful for her assistance—highly recommend LensCrafters and Lisa for anyone needing friendly, professional help with their eyewear!

The optometrists were courteous and competent as was Certified Optician Lara Larsen, who helped with the optical solutions we wanted and needed. We’ve been longtime customers of LensCrafters and are very satisfied with its service and products.

I had a *great* experience at this location of Lenscrafters. James was fantastically helpful and asked if he could help as soon as I walked in with my lenses. I purchased some frames from another retailer, and came in with my old lenses that I couldn't pop in myself. James took the time to fit them, even grinding them down a little so they fit perfectly. And to top it all off, didn't charge me a thing! Made my day/week. Thanks!

Dr Mcentire and his team are the best. I have been coming to the University Place location for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My old Armani Exchange frames broke recently and James Cagua helped me replace them with new ones that they had in stock. I just visited them for a new eye exam and happy with my new contacts. They gave me an extra discount for adding contacts with my new frames and lenses.
They have really great options and work with different insurance providers. They also work with AAA and AARP to provide discounts.

I brought my Warby Parker glasses in which were never adjusted at the Warby Parker store and they helped me right away here at LensCrafters. The nice guy who helped me was quick and made sure they were perfect before I left. I’ll definitely be bringing in more of my glasses to be adjusted perfectly.
