We re-tiled our fireplace with white tile, and the Lowe's Lehi store had the tile products that we needed at favorable prices. During this project, we visited Floor & Decor in Draper to look for tile. Floor & Decor has a large selection of tile; however, their prices are higher, and they do not have bullnose tile pieces with the curved edges that we needed. Lowe's had these products and at very favorable prices. My living room fireplace looks great with the new tile, and Lowe's provided me superior products and prices than Floor & Decor. I highly recommend Lowe's of Lehi for your tiling projects.

Terrible customer service. Reaching them on the phone is nearly impossible. Took forever to convince the AI to get me on the line with an actual person. When it finally did, there was no one available to help me. Waited quite a while for someone to answer the phone only to eventually just hang up. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Their saw has been broken for at least 4 months now. Dw though they are redoing the parking lot. Ugh. Staff is nice and friendly I just wish they did what every other lowes does... cut wood for you.

This location sucks. It is organized unlike any other Lowes location, the rows are so tight it gives you claustrophobia and good luck finding anything you actually need. I would only recommend this location for picking up curbside orders.

Lowe’s has a lot of items and donuts very likely you will find what you need. Unfortunately the staff are not that helpful. At least when you can find one.

The Orem Lowe’s probably has to be the worst Lowe’s in the state! Staff are just miserable, extremely slow and will avoid helping you at all costs. I have not decided if the staff truly hates there jobs or it’s just the folks in Utah County. I avoid this Lowe’s as much as I can.

We came in to find something that app said was in store. It wasn't. No service personal to help.
I asked for help on spray paint for a metal yard art that had...I was cut off by employee and with a wave of his hand he said all the paints were for metal and he walked away. The assistant at the self check out was rude, insulting and abusive. You might be convenient and a long time go to...bit it will be home depot from now on.
