My wife and I went into lu's for the first time on Friday 10/11/25 we called Lu first to see if they bought vintage clothing and Lu said they did and she explained that they did and what they paid for Vintage clothing. She said she had a meeting that day but she would meet us at the store at 4 a clock she came in at 4 a clock to go through our items. She was very professional and went through our items which we had allot of items for her to look at. She went through every item one by one and wrote down every item down with the price she was offering us for each item. She was very honest with everything she did and plesent to deal with. She totaled up our items and did not try to do any hunky dory crap she paid us as she said she would and the whole process was very plesent. She has very nice things in her stores and every thing is clean and neat. We would never go anywhere else to sell or buy vintage items or clothing. We called several other so called vintage clothing stores and were told allot of crap from all of them. People wanting to consign your things and pay you later or wanting to trade your items for there items. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE EXECPT LU'S TO BUY,SELL YOUR VINTAGE CLOTHING. We highly recomened you checkout Lu's you will have no reason to go anywhere else. Thanks Lu

Horrific employee/customer service. Walked in on a Tuesday morning with no one in the store and had to walk clear up to the employee at the front register and say “hello?” before she even looked up from her phone. Then she still wasn’t nice and acted like I was bothering her by being there lol
Went down to Uptown Cheapskate instead and had a great experience.

There are definitely pros and cons to this store.
Pros- Big inventory with some really cute vintage pieces. Also a lot of name brand items in pretty good condition. I also love that they have some cute brand new gift items. This store definitely has a lot of potential.
Cons- The prices are pretty expensive for a thrift store. Some items definitely worth a little more but not most of their items. My biggest con to this store is the help. You walk in and nobody says hi, or talks to you at all. You check out and barely get two words. Whoever the owner and management are needs to really look into what customer service is. I saw a lot of other reviews say the same thing and I saw the store reply with, sorry we must of been busy. Let me be clear, there were multiple opportunities for the three people working to at least say hi. I just feel like a hi is the least that should be expected when you are shopping.

Literally $60 for a dress with a brand I’ve never heard of with makeup stains on it. What a joke.

Great selection of clothes and shoes, but the amount of candles they burn gives me a headache I can hardly stand to be in there. I get they want it to smell good but I wish they would switch to using essential oil diffusers or pura.

I went to sell clothes here for the first time. wasn’t greeted at all, both the woman on the floor looking through clothes and the employee at the desk just looked at me and looked away. after filling out the form they told me to look around and wait as they went through my clothes. not even 10 minutes later they called my name and told me they weren’t buying any clothes from me today and to take my bag and leave. no explanation as to what was wrong with the clothes they didn’t even look in the bag. I brought clean clothes in great condition, from nice and expensive brands, and a few still had tags on them. terrible customer service.

I brought my daughter here to shop for some clothes and we were both completely delighted with the variety and quality of clothing. We both left with several items. I’ve already been back again and found more great buys . My favorite thrift store around !!

Super cute! Very affordable. Picked up a vintage USC Trojans crewneck sweatshirt. My teenage son loves it!
