Thiago and Larissa were excellent to work with. Their integrity and concern for us as customers was incredible. We chose not to use insurance, and they treated us with respect, not like a number. I’ve never had to get auto body work done, and I appreciate that they took the time to listen to me as I explained our situation and questions. Thank you, Martins!

Don't get me wrong, they do great work and they care about doing it right, but the time frames are ridiculous. Whatever you're planning, add two weeks to it. The communication was subpar. I was constantly reaching out when communicated time lines were not met, rather than then reaching out to inform me of delays. They responded quickly, but it is still not my job to reach out as the customer.
Lastly, insurance paid out a few things that were not repaired. They contacted me and asked me when I was coming to get the check. I made an appointment to come get it, but had to cancel. I came in the next day after advising them what happened and when I would be in next. I get there to be told that no one actually printed the check and there is no one there that can sign it. Complete ball drop for the last business interaction is be having with them.
3 stars because the work looks good. 1 star for every other aspect of the experience.

They were very friendly and helpfull making the whole situation less stressful. The quality looks good, I'll let you know in a couple of years. It’s been a few years now and I still love the paint job!

I got rearended. Martin's did a wonderful job repairing it and helped me out. Everybody was nice and. respectful. I am happy with the work they did. I Am grateful , there wasn't more damage than there was. I would recommend martin's anywhere. Thank you , everyone for the great job you did. Since it was a liability claim , I didn't have to pay anything. Thank you.

We can't thank Martins Collision Repair enough, and specifically Mike, Dave and Zach, for their knowledgeable and certainly capable, but kind care. They kept us informed and were very mindful of getting our vehicle back to us as soon as they could, and in better shape than it was.

the accident happened in March and after 5 months they delivered the vehicle to me, we understand that there were delays on the part of the insurance. They gave me the vehicle with the interior panel of the driver's door incorrectly installed and the rear left door malfunctioning. I asked them to correct it and they did and when they brought the car home I noticed that there was a fault when the rear and front door opened and closed. I informed them and they told me that the rear left door was damaged. but the door worked fine even when I was in Martin it worked because I went and opened it... it's absurd that they say it was damaged and that they say I have to pay for the repair... they repaired the driver's door poorly and that affects the opening of the rear door... in addition to that they gave me the vehicle without gas and we delivered it with fuel. Martin has several certifications for its good performance but their handling and response were terrible... the car looks good but the workshop did not meet my expectations.

The first time my car was returned, several damages had not been addressed, and the original estimate failed to include issues that were supposed to be fixed.
When I got the car back a second time, it was clear the cleaning had not been done properly. There were rocks and pebbles left in the trunk, the mats were dirty, and the interior was in worse condition than when I dropped it off.
On top of that, the trunk was not adjusted or sealed correctly, which has now caused water to leak inside whenever I go through a car wash. Remains to be seen if Martins will pay to have the trunk fixed by a third party or if I will need to get my lawyer involved.
So much time wasted and headaches. I would have rather payed a more expensive shop more and not have to waste my time.

Great customer service excellent auto body repair very pleased with everything!
