While visiting Orem from out of town I had the misfortune when one of my car tire unexpectedly busted while driving in the streets. I waited in vain for AAA to show up to be towed to a repair shop but AAA never showed up and was taking a long time. Getting frustrated, I looked across the street and saw Master Auto Tech. After some thought I drove up carefully across the street and was met by the Manager, Daniel Case. Daniel was the utmost professional. He quickly found the right tires for me. I had to get 4 due to the fact I had a four wheel drive! Finding Daniel in a town I was unfamiliar with was only very fortunate for me but also such a comfort. I received the best service I could ever imagine. My questions were promptly answered and I got a great deal on tires. They were installed correctly and with care, now my car drives better than before. I wholeheartedly recommend Master Auto Tech to everyone whether they are locals or visitors. I feel so lucky to have broken right across the street from such a great Auto shop. I am confident anyone who decided to do business here will find the shop honest, polite, respectful and capable!

Called and spoke to Dan regarding a catalytic converter. He was patient knowledgeable and knew his craft and which helped my comfort level with novice knowledge of the upcoming repair required. After meeting with actually Mark the owner I was sold and all in. Not only do these guys do catalytic converters and muffler repair work they do most automotive maintenance including tires. An absolute one stop shop I find out. Highly recommend them and this location.

Front desk Dan provides a friendly and knowledgeable service, which I appreciated - being a woman at a garage is very often not great. Muffler replacement was done promptly and at a reasonable price. The waiting area is clean if spartan. Over all, two thumbs up.

No matter what it is, they get it done quickly and at a fair price! They’re always super reliable, honest, and friendly, and they take the time to explain what’s going on with your car. They helped me with a problem vehicle i have. It’s a honda thats older than I am, they checked everything out and got it running awesome. They basically rebuilt the front suspension and gave it a tuneup. it handles smooth.

We took our 2017 Chev Silverado 1500 in to have some work. They did thorough work in the promised amount of time at their stated costs to me which I thought was very reasonable. I am completely happy with the work they did: Oil change, new tires, alignment. Feel very comfortable in returning to them.

I am very greatful I chose Master AutoTech. Transmission in my first gen Sequoia stopped shifting and wasnt able to move anymore. Luckily they accommodate after hours drop off! The very next morning they had it diagnosed and were able to get it repaired in a matter of a couple days which was amazing considering how big of a job it ended up being. Sadly it had lost first gear internally and it made the most sense to have it replaced, but they went out of their way to check everywhere possible in the area for the best price on a new transmission. Very communicative and helpful to my situation keeping me updated and stress free. Back to hitting the trails in no time!
