The customer service here is too “in-your-face.” It feels like the employees are depending on commission and won’t take no for an answer. The clothes are too pricey and the sales aren’t anything special.

Maurice's is one of the only stores that offer such an elevated and wonderful shopping experience. All the employees are so kind and are like your personal shopping helper. They take all your clothes to a changing room for you and try to find styles and sizes for you. I normally do not like being assisted when I'm shopping but Maurice's has figured out how to some how manage being so helpful without hovering almost like shopping with a friend when you need another size of something. We scored the best new school jeans haul for my daughter who is in the inbetween age where kids jeans dont fit but neither do womens. I love that they offer short/reg/long sizes for my daughter with small waist but long legs. Miriam helped us and was so kind and helpful.

I brought my daughter who is a freshman in college to get some clothes because she has been so focused on school and needed some self care. I was blown away at the attention that was given to us by Terri. She was just as sweet as could be. She told my daughter exactly what she needed to hear to feel good about herself. Terri was very attentive and was so helpful with helping us find the right fit and giving advice. It was just a great experience all around.

I went to the location in the Orem mall. Terry was SO sweet and helpful. She made sure to find me the perfect pair of jeans. Will 100% go back.

First time shopping in months after having another baby, and my anxiety was horrible but the girls that work here made me feel so comfortable to even try on clothes. Totally recommend to everyone!

I love their clothes. I got some jeans a top and some cardigans. I love that its plus sizes and regular sizes.

They were awesome and helped me find what I was looking for. My waist is bigger than my butt so all my jeans were sagging all the time. The first pair of jeans I tried on here were perfect. They feel awesome and don't sag. Will be back!!

I love this store, the girls that work here are super nice and they do try to be so helpful. It’s organized and they have lots of good stuff to fit different body types.
