We had a great experience when my first son left on his mission so there was no doubt that when my second son got his mission call, that we would use Missionary Mall again.
The guy we worked with was great! The suits we bought look nice as well. Here is my issue…no one answers my texts messages or the phones so I can check on my order. I ordered 2 suits on Tuesday 6/11 for it to be ready for my son to get set apart on Sunday 6/16. We were told it may or may not be ready by Saturday, which was fine. They told me to call Friday to check. I called Friday, paid the rush fee and was told that they would be ready by Saturday 6/15 at 6pm. Today is Saturday and I’ve called 7 times and it went to VM. Sent 2 text messages, no one answered and left 1 VM. My son drove 45 min to the store anyway just to be told it was not ready. Better communication would be great!

So paying your rush fee is still 4-5 days? One of your employees called me back yesterday at 745pm and told us the suits ARE ready but there was a miscommunication to the person that did the pick up and by the time I was contacted, the warehouse was closed. Like I said, better communication.

The employees are super attentive and go the extra mile to get clothing that fits me and will last. The clothes sold here have a 2 year guarantee that helped me feel super confident in my purchases. I didn’t need to use the guarantee at all!

I love Missionary Mall! Their flex line of products is amazing. Tanner was very helpful in getting me what I needed. He is very knowledgeable about the products and what would do well in certain climates. Make sure to ask about the 2 year guarantee. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Awesome experience! My mom and brother went shopping for his wedding suit all day, and kept having bad experiences. We finally came here and Brandon was so so helpful. We were able to get two pants, a jacket, a shirt, and a free tie (fill out a survey if you’re a recently returned missionary and you get a free tie!) for way cheaper than any other place. Also free alterations for the pants! Very great experience and Brandon definitely knew his stuff!

One of employees feel me embarrassing, he was accusing me for theft when he ask me if I paid for the suit that was ready to pick up after alterations, and I received a text message from Missionary Mall that the suit was ready to pick up, and I have to show him the receipt for to prove, and it’s bad experience was an act the discrimination just for my race. I was costumer before, and don’t want to come back anymore.

I've been given the best customer service around Utah County. I appreciate suggestions & advice on products. I can call and have them set aside white wrinkle free shirts in the sizes I need, go in, pay, & leave in a matter of 5 minutes. Great staff at both Orem & Springville.

The absolute best place we could have gone for clothes or our missionary! A two-year guarantee on everything is amazing. Suits you can wash! Shirts that don't need ironing and don't stain! Shoes that are leather, waterproof, comfortable, professional, all with a 2-year guarantee. Glad we shopped there. And Kaden Cloward was awesome--very helpful, patient, and awesome. Would definitely recommend Kaden and the store!!
