Mitch once spent 45 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions about the specific repairs my car needed and the cost for each and made recommendations for which ones were necessary for safety and which could wait (I was on a student budget). That level of personable care is a rarity in autoshops and there's a reason I stayed with him the whole time I was living in the area. I've recommended multiple friends to him who also say he provides the best car service they've ever had and at the best prices.

My Highlander had a weird battery issue that we weren't able to diagnose. We'd back out of our garage and the car would die. Or it wouldn't start to begin with, but not every day, just whenever we felt like we were in a rush. Not knowing if I needed an alternator, a battery, or a new car, I went to Mitch for help. Mitch answered the door. Mitch was honest and fair. Mitch fixed my car (permanently) without replacing any of the above-mentioned parts. How did he do this you might ask? Magic. That's the short answer. But the real answer is by replacing the battery terminal connectors which weren't capable of the job they'd been given. Barely accepted payment for a job that I never would've figured out on my own, but was so easy for him to diagnose and complete. In short, Mitch is a magician.
EDIT: Mitch worked his magic on my car a couple years ago, but I was just reminded to look him up because my mom moved to town and needs a mechanic. That's right, I'm recommending him to my mother, so if that's not a glowing recommendation I don't know what is.

I've been going to Mitch for about 8 years now. He is a stand up guy and a great mechanic. Whenever I brought a car in Mitch would explain what the issue was and what needed to get done. Very trustworthy guy. Highly recommend auto shop.

I’ve been to Mitch a few times with my 2010 Porsche Cayenne. He has always gone above and beyond my expectations and is very reasonable with his pricing. Definitely would recommend.

They were too busy to bother setting up an appointment. They must be good if they are busy with costumers. Might be better to just get an EV instead to avoid busy shops.
