Mount Timpanogos Park is a nice, gorgeous mountain park and a true hidden gem. It is a wonderful area for a picnic, hike, fish, or to just relax near the Provo River. The park offers open space, reservations pavilions, and well-kept bathrooms. It is great for walks, casual visits, and gatherings, with free yoga on Sundays in the summer. While there is no playground and the dog park is rocky and hilly, the overall space is clean, well-maintained, and not overly crowded. It is a cool, relaxing place to be near the water, chill in the trees, or enjoy the spectacular gardens.

The gardens this year were spectacular. It's a wonderful area to have a picnic, hike, fish or to just watch the kids at play. It's one of Utahs true hidden gems.

Gorgeous mountain park with reservations pavilions. My extended family and grandchildren enjoy coming here for relaxing summer picnics. No playgrounds, but lots of open space.
