I've been a customer of Mrs. Cavanaugh's for over 10 years. Still the best chocolates I have EVER had. Their dark chocolate is divine. Their cremes are the creamiest. Their truffles are the smoothest. My top 5 are Dark Orange creme, Dark Peanut butter truffle, Dark Cashew cluster, Dark Key lime creme, and Dark Peanut cluster. Speaking of which, it's time to order! ?

Yummy chocolate. But the tour was disappointing. It was watching a movie. Seeing an empty factory floor and looking at pictures. Grateful they give $4 vouchers per person of the $5 price because I feel like I drove and hour for my family to go on an expensive shopping candy spree. I've never been on a factory tour where production wasn't happening before so this was not at all expected.

I was just in Mrs. Cavanaugh’s to pick up some things. While my service and product as fine, I was really disappointed in watching the employees try to avoid serving an elderly woman that walked in. They didn’t even greet her with a smile or hello. The girl who was readily available to help ran away and asked her coworker if she wrap my product instead of help the woman. So the girl who originally was helping me ran to the drive through window. The woman patiently and quietly waited until the third employee who had been actually busy was available to help her. It was disappointing to see them giggle and avoid customers. Very unprofessional and unkind. I would hope if my grandma was ever in the store she would be greeted with kindness immediately and employees willing to help and serve.

It's so nice to have an authentic chocolate maker in town. This shop is amazing! They have the perfect holiday gift and serve other amazing treats year round. Date night fun! They are always so kind!

Chocolates are so tasty! We especially loved the marzipan. And we were pleasantly surprised at the affordable prices! Definitely my new go-to chocolate store.

I’ve always been a BIG fan of Mrs C. Today was my first at the Provo location. Several of the chocolates appeared old and very white. This was disappointing. Consider the hefty price I would expect them to be fresh with no white.
