A few years ago, I went to McCall for my first ever curly hair cut. I was in my early teens, anxious, insecure and was very self conscious about my hair. I never took care of it because I didn’t know what to do! Additionally, I was afraid of small talk then, so I was incredibly nervous to be in that salon chair. But McCall made me feel so comfortable, I talked the whole time! I left that first appointment truly loving my hair for the first time ever, which is so important for a young teen. Thanks to her, over the past few years I learned how to care for AND fall in love with my hair! I now love styling it, love getting cuts, and I embrace everything my curls have to offer! I have never had a bad haircut from her, and I know my younger self would be so proud! I thank McCall for it all! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Hair type: I have long curly hair. It’s been pretty stringy the last few years though and after my cut, my curls are back!! I couldn’t believe it! I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out.
Stylist: McCall did an amazing job! She is so cute and fun to talk to! She did an amazing job cutting my hair and coloring it. Definitely coming back to her from here on out!

This place will change your life! I first took my daughter when she was 10 years old. We have been managing her curly hair in various ways and had just been introduced to the curly girl method. Our first appointment with McCall was everything! So much custom information related specifically to my daughter’s hair type. Even though we had been actively styling and researching before, my daughter’s hair was completely reborn after this appointment.
Even though we moved out of state, we continue to come back to Utah to get a cut from McCall at least once a year.
Go here! You won’t regret it!

I am just embracing my curls and I could not have found a better place! I love my hair and the knowledge I received. My curls have never looked or felt better.
I had my second hair cut with Adam today. It is even better than the first. Adam is passionate about curly hair, and he has the heart of a teacher. He answered all my questions and checks for my understanding. Adam truly is a curly hair wizard!

I'd give 5 stars except that scheduling with them is less than convenient. I'm happy for their success, and having to book many months in advance feels ridiculous to me. Not to mention that their scheduler only works part-time.

I have been going here for over 3 years now. Sion does a fabulous job and is worth every penny! Not only do you get a great cut every time, but you also get education and knowledge to help you maintain your curly hair. I have learned to love my curly hair and embrace it thanks to their services and the products they recommend.

Great cut and style by McCall. I had not cut my hair in over 3 years in order to grow it out. McCall was able to reel it in and get it looking great! She was also able to give me some tips on curly hair which is useful as I have no friends or family with hair like mine. Thanks McCall!

My curls are back!! I’ve received so many compliments on my hair after getting my curly cut, and the education for how to style it is priceless. I’ve recommended this salon to friends with curly hair because the results are amazing. I have a before from about a week prior to my cut. I used to pin back the top of my hair because it just would not curl…because the layers were too long and it was too heavy. I’m so happy with my hair, I absolutely love it.
