Bought a car from them in 2022, at our first service 6 months later a technician noticed a leak in the differential, which with further inspection was a crack in the differential costing $2500 to fix. He also noticed an exhaust leak as well. We had been dealing with sensors cutting in and out until finally they stopped working all together. The technician found that the wiring had been fixed poorly and glued together. This repair was just quoted to us for $2000. Any savings that you see from this place will not come close to the price that you will end up paying later. For everything we’ve put into this car we would have been better off paying more and buying new. The car had been in a minor accident, but so many corners were cut in the process of fixing it. I wouldn’t trust buying a car with no accident history from this dealer, and especially not one with any accident

They don't pay to the carrier companies! First, they give a check for delivery as payment, and after a few days they withdraw it back. When you ask them for the reason, they just start coming up with excuses that there was incorrect mileage. Please be aware of this and I do not recommend transporting cars to them.

I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership - even if you’re in a pinch for a car. I bought a car in October of 2022, I’ve had problems with the car every three months without fail - I’ve had to replace over 5k worth, from drive axils, the transfer case, multiple multiple multiple hoses, a lot of repairs and a lot of money in ubers due to not having a car with it being in the repair shop. Not to mention watching them, before I left with the car from the dealership, forcefully try to remove a piece in my trunk to attempt to repair something before I left, one of the other employees had to come over to tell them they needed to remove a screw and the piece didn’t just pull off. Overall would never buy a car from here again - learn from my mistakes!

I wanted to buy a car, terrible service, I couldn't even test drive the car and the issue of financing was not clear at all... it seems that the person did not want to sell the car! 0 stars

They sold me a practically new car with the airbags destroyed, how would I know that the car had that detail? If it was a clean title!!!! During the first 6 months the lights came on again and again until I decided to offer it to a dealer because I didn't want it that way anymore and oh surprise when they told me that my car was worth $13,000 because it had destroyed airbags and They had to fix that, I bought the car for $22,000 from My Planet Auto and in the end I ended up without a car and with a debt of $9,000 just because they sold me a car that had that defect that they never mentioned, it's really sad that they play with people's money and they deceive you without knowing the needs you may have, this happened a year and a half ago and I barely come to talk because it is frustrating how I still have a debt for a car that they sold me as good and in the end they tricked me, don't be that kind of people in life, because everything bad you do is returned, this world needs more honesty.

Do not buy from the Orem Location! Bought a car from them, took it on a test drive and ran great! Should have had a mechanic look more closely since once I bought the car and took it in for maintenance it had multiple leaks from both the water pump and turbo coolant line that was literally broken and pressed back together. My Planet had put minimal coolant and oil in the car to cover up the problem so when filled up it was a mechanic’s nightmare. It was a blatant attempt to cover up the issue and deceive their customer. When asked for a fair way to alleviate the problem the manager had his employees indicate he was not there and then was on location when I decided to show up unannounced 5 minutes later. This is a crooked establishment that will take advantage and avoid you when confronted or asked for a fair resolution to their obvious deceit! There is no honor amongst thieves!!

These guys were awesome. low pressure sales environment and after I bought my Tacoma from them and had some issues a couple week later, they took care of them at zero cost. Great guys, super happy I bought from My Planet Auto
