Didn't end up buying the car I was looking at from here as it wasn't the right fit, but would definitely come back for another round if the right vehicle popped. Was working with Tito, guy is an absolute class act. Professional, friendly, went above and beyond with any questions or concerns I had. And NO PRESSURE! Great experience overall.

From the moment I called to get more info about a car I was interested in, Greg was quick to help and outstanding! He was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and NEVER pushy or overbearing. He went above and beyond to make buying a car a good experience, and he made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Do yourself a favor and ask for Greg!

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer Sport and had an excellent experience working with Logan. He was patient and understanding as I took time to decide between financing and buying, never making me feel rushed. When I mentioned that I’m hard on tires, he made sure the vehicle had fresh ones before shipping, which I truly appreciated. The shipping process itself was simple and stress-free—the car arrived on a truck, which gave me peace of mind knowing it wasn’t being driven to me.
While I know it’s a salesperson’s job to sell cars, Logan made the experience feel personal. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care stood out, and I would absolutely recommend working with him.

My truck was going crazy and one of the guys in the office helped me real quick. No charge so I told him the least I could do is give a good review. Well deserved! Thanks again!

We had a pretty good experience with Nexgen! They were understanding of our needs and helpful in getting us the car that we wanted. Blake was really good at answering our questions and was very helpful over the phone multiple times. They were accommodating of our schedule as well, which we appreciated.

My edit to their response: as I said, GET ALL REPORTED REPAIRS IN WRITING. Nexgen did tell my son they replaced the battery which is why we were surprised it failed. Yes a battery that old is common sense to replace, which is why the battery replacement was not questioned at the time of purchase. The salesman was under the impression it was replaced or why would he recommend we turn in the receipt almost 8 months later instead of apologizing and say I'm sorry it's routine maintenance. And how did you advise? Yep, gotta get a new battery? BUYER use caution. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and in the file they keep on you.
If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT TRUST any repairs they say They did.My son purchased a 2019 Dodge Durango on December 28, 2024, from them. He really wanted this particular vehicle. Nexgen and my son communicated for over a week prior to purchase, but when they went to pick it up, the car not detailed, and still had a burnt out headlight. They only fixed the headlight, because they refused to drive it off the lot without a replacement. At the time of purchase, the salesman, Logan, told my son they replaced the battery, which in those vehicles, it's under the front seat. My son trusted them. As it was about a six year old vehicle. Logic would support that, and we were stupid and didn't think to double check. Jump ahead to last week, the Durango had a dead, I mean really dead battery. Come to find out, it's still the original battery, they didn't replace it. When my son contacted Logan, he said to save the receipt to provide to their finance person as she is the last line for reimbursement. It appears Logan was under the impression they replaced the battery as well. My son received a phone call saying that replacing the battery is part of regular maintenance. Well it shouldn't be regular maintenance if you've only had the car for under 8 months when he was told it was a brand new battery. Almost $300 later, and not even an apology for the misunderstanding, I feel like I need to at least give this precautionary tale to anybody looking to buy a used car from these guys. DO NOT TRUST ANY REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS THEY SAY THEY DID. Get everything in writing. They have no conscience as they seem just fine misleading my son and his new family.

Bought a car from these guys about 6 months ago. I was told the battery was brand new, the car i bought is 6 years old. I had to spend $300 on a new one and was told by Nexgen there is nothing they can do about it, even though they said the battery was brand new. If the battery was new, it would last about 4-5 years. The battery that was in the car, was the OEM one from the factory when the car was made over 6 years ago. So definitely not brand new. I just don't get why they would lie to me about a battery.
P.S. You think it would be standard process to change the battery in a 6 year old vehicle. So I didn't think to check myself.

The sales lady was nice and the truck is great, but the hidden fees were absolutely crazy. This is besides them pressuring you to get a warranty that you don't need. They don't tell you, but they put a LoJack tracking system in every vehicle they can. It costs them about $300, and then they charge you $800 more for it. They don't post this information anywhere. And if you say you don't want it, they charge you $300 to have them remove it, even though it takes half an hour and they could easily reuse it. Very deceptive and dishonest.
Update:
I did buy the truck from them after they lowered the price of the LoJack, but have since ignored any emails sent to help me get it working. So if it wasn't a waste of money before, they have made it absolutely money down the drain. That's why I moved my review from 2 stars to 1.
Another Update:
I wish it were possible to lower from 1 star to 0. They contacted me again after this review. I was thinking they wanted to remedy the situation, but it was pretty clear they just wanted me to feel stupid for emailing their wrong email when I tried contacting them about the issue. That was it. It was about as unprofessional as you can get. Avoid this place at all costs!
