Best auto place in town! Gaston has fixed our car’s struts, axel, and brakes for a reasonable price. He communicated with us and was very clear in letting us know what was wrong with our car. Our car runs smoothly now and we are very happy with the results! This is our favorite place to go to for car repairs.

If I could give Gaston 10 stars, I would. My family was traveling through for a family vacation when the radiator gave out. We were stranded in Provo in a bind. Gaston made room for us, dropped us off at the mall, fixed the car in record time, and picked us back up. If I lived in Provo, he would be my regular mechanic. The car has held up great since the repair, and the price was very reasonable for the work. And the story of how he and his wife met is so cute. Thank you, Gaston! You’re the best!

The first time I needed a safety and emissions inspection for Utah County I stopped at Nico's Auto Service to get them done! That's when I met the owner Nico! The most friendly person, with a big smile to match, Nico was able to get right to business even though I could see the shop was very busy! His location, 515 S University Ave. in Provo, makes it an ideal place to get a safety and emissions inspection as it is located on the same street as the Registration Office for Utah County! I've also purchased an Interstate battery from the shop and 4 years of safety and emissions inspections, all done quickly and professionally! Small businesses are the lifeblood of this country and Nico's Auto Service is the best place in Utah County for all auto services!

EDIT (4 years later) I went back because my check engine light was on. Instead of charging me for any kind of diagnostic, he did it completely for free. After that, he told me first to go to a dealership and see if there were recalls on my vehicle (which there are). Someone else would’ve told me to just go to them, but that wasn’t the case! I didn’t pay a penny and got so much help and information. I’d recommend this auto shop over any I’ve gone to in the area. Honestly is hard to find, but I really trust this shop!
Seriously the most friendly business ever! I didn’t actually have any car issues, although I was told by another repair shop that my wiring needed fixing because my interior lights wouldn’t turn off. So I went here to get a second opinion and all he did was turn a switch on my turn signal that i didn’t realize had been on for a month. He was so friendly and I will definitely be back if I ever have real car troubles!

Awesome guy. Went in to get my emissions tested and he was super conversational and helpful. While there he noticed an engine code for a small evap leak. Right in front of me he popped my hood, felt a few hoses, and found the leak. He walked 20 feet got a new hose and resolved the code and didn’t even charge me for it.
Only going to him for maintenance from now on.

The owner is honest, and they fixed my car's thermostat and an oil leak in the engine. I am satisfied and highly recommend this place. I will only come here from now on.

I got my emissions done and it was the fastest I’ve been in and out of an auto shop in my life.I was in there for less than five minutes. Super friendly It says by appointment only on the door, but i just walked in on a Monday around 2 o’clock and he saw me immediately and I was in and out 10/10 go here the price was great as well
