Nielsen's Grove Park is a beautiful and well-kept park in Orem, considered by many to be the best in the area. It is the oldest park in Utah and is incredibly well thought out, offering more than just a patch of grass. The park features manicured gardens, a duck pond, fountains, historic buildings, and a walking path. It provides lots of space, open areas, picnic tables, pavilions, tree shade, a playground, and swings.
It is a great place for casual outings, picnics, walking, hammocking, or just getting some fresh air. Visitors enjoy the beautiful views and scenic, peaceful atmosphere. The park is a fun spot for events like summer picnics, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, or even wedding receptions. It is a big, simple, and really enjoyable park to spend time in, with easy parking and plenty of room to spread out. People highly recommend it for walking or hanging out.

Super easy spot to be in nature while simultaneously being in a suburban neighborhood. The pond and flower garden are gorgeous, as well as the wooden buildings throughout. Usually pretty thick grass though, so not the best place for some light soccer

Very green. Quiet place for a walk. Paved walking trails take you around a pond and fountain. As well as a garden area with flowers. I also enjoyed reading about the park. They suggest the area was the 1st park established in Utah, although it has not been continually used as a park.
