I’m not convinced that all of these highly rated reviews aren’t just workers, family and friends.To keep a long story short go with these guys if you never want to finish your project and if you want to be the one having to do all the communication and text them for updates.Picture this: rate promised somehow was not the rate charged. Whatever, we can deal. Sales guys, right. Then promised floor would be here BEFORE thanksgiving. Then when that didn’t happen we were promised it would be installed BEFORE Christmas. Floor wasn’t installed until JANUARY. They broke our tmold on install and wanted us to buy a new one. Cool. For 70 bucks we just want our floor finished and to be done with these guys. All this time we are having to be the ones to text or call and follow up like “sooooo when is our floor gonna be done.” Then we were told they would keep us posted when the tmold got to Utah? Yet somehow that didn’t happen. Now we are having to fight for a spot on their install schedule? You’re right. Someone who paid you back in OCTOBER probably doesn’t have priority at this point.How are we almost to MARCH and our floor STILL isn’t done. Nearly FIVE months of this for a 12 x 13 space.I’d imagine if they knew whose social media accounts I ran and who I worked for then maybe they wouldn’t have given such awful service. Good thing we tested before trusting them with larger accounts and more families. But I digress.Absolutely bonkers.Run far away. In all my years working with contractors on flip houses and apartments and subdivisions never have I experienced such terrible service.P.s. the installer- super kind. Hopefully he shows up at some point to finish up our floor. Because as I write this review we are still waiting.

We were needing some pet friendly, home project ideas. When I called, Eric answered the phone very quickly. I didn’t have to talk through a robot to get my questions answered. I stopped by just 30 minutes afterwards and he had already grabbed some carpet samples that would best fit our needs and even helped with more ideas. Eric was very helpful! Thank you!

My husband has a prosthetic foot and is blind. He has an injury where he isn’t able to wear his prosthetic right now. The only way he can get around the house is by using a small furniture dollie. . Our friend Jason went here to get carpet to pad the dollie and they didn’t charge him. Not only did they give him carpet, they gave him carpet that was thick and really soft. Thank you so much. This will be a great help for the next 6 months.,

I think our salesman was Brandon but I can't remember precisely because I had interactions with too many different people there and it was never consistently Brandon. First of all, the only reason I am able to justify even two stars is because I am satisfied with the finished product and look of it. The reason why I can't give more than 2 stars is because the problems and process to get everything installed and finished was unbelievably painful, frustrating and incredibly unprofessional.I will say as briefly as possible that on no fewer than 6 different occasions, I adjusted my work schedule at nearly the last possible minute to either go into work several hours late or go home from work several hours early just to have NO ONE SHOW UP when they were supposed to. Just to start the job, I was told 2 weeks in advance when the job would start. That day arrived and no one showed. I called the store and no one answered so my call was redirected to a different store and they had no idea what I was talking about and said they would look into it. I didn't hear anything for hours and tried calling back and spoke to a different person who also didn't know what was going on. Eventually it was determined that despite being told I was on the installation schedule, no one at Ogden's bothered to actually put me on the schedule. So they scrambled to find an installation crew who could start the following day.The following day came and no one came . I called in the morning again and waited again. I was told late in the evening that a crew of 4 would be there the next day to start. I woke the next morning and waited. Eventually ONE person showed up. They showed up to tear out carpet while their partner was at the warehouse to get the new LVP flooring. The problem was that there was no carpet that needed to be removed. They were told the wrong thing. The install was in a newly finished basement with concrete floor. Upon realizing this the install person left to go help his partner pick up the material at the warehouse. He said he would be back in about an hour so I waited. Over 3 hours later he was back with no material saying they had waited at the warehouse for the material but no one from the store had called their warehouse to tell them to get the order ready so they spent three hours trying to find the flooring. Oh and when the installation guy came back he told me he wasn't going to be able to start work that day because he had a few low spots he had to fill in but didn't have the material for it because he was told it was carpet removal and that he would be back the next day for a few hours to start that and then have to wait until the following week to actually begin install.Despite being promised by Brandon that a crew of 4 people would be there to install the flooring and to prevent a delay on other work we had lined up, only 2 people ever showed up and the first half of the install finished almost a week after when we were originally told it would be.Moving on to the second half of the installation which happened on the main floor, we had the same problems. We were told an install crew would show and no one did. Instead of the store being proactive and making sure their crews showed up, I was the one calling around to see what was happening. I then found out that my contractor was told the issues with crews were more my fault because I wasn't talking to my salesman directly. I couldn't get a hold of him despite calling the store and the numbers on his business card. Don't see how that's my fault but apparently it is.The installation saga has many more twists and turns that involve repairs needing to be made, unfinished work, being told crews would be there and constantly no-showing. No attempt on the store or salesman's part to reach out, make it right, problem solve or anything of the sort. Suffice it to say, I can't envision any reason or circumstance why I would EVER use Ogden's flooring again. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Huge selection of remnants. Walked in and Matthew came up to help us right away. Found the perfect fit for a basement room for a great deal. Prices on the remnants include pad and install so you know right off the bat what you will be paying.

Matt was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get all my flooring needs, carpet and vinyl sheeting and lv, taken care of in one visit. The installation can be scheduled for within the next week. I’m very happy with the service and cost.
