Hands down these guys are significantly superior to AutoZone. I cannot rave enough about the knowledge their employees have. AutoZoners will give you bad information and obviously have never worked on a car in their life. These guys at this location are the real deal and I will continue to come back over and over.

Went in there to get a light bulb, Junior was very professional and had great customer service. I’ve been to many auto part stores where the rep just says where the part is but Junior found the part for me and showed me some other stuff as well. I’ll definitely come back here when I need something for my car.

Bryce needs a raise!!! He went above and beyond checking my car’s battery, cleaned the corrosion buildup, and advised on a gel that would prevent corrosion. Best O’Reilly experience!

Update: March 2024: I came in and bought a new car battery and Bryce was super helpful and installing it and walking me through my options. He was very helpful professional and quick. Will be back!

I tried doing a rating because O'Reilly wanted me to but when I did they told me they didn't accept it and didn't post it. Not sure why. I know it wasn't a good rating. It was a 2 star. My closet location is 25 mins away and They first gave me the wrong bearings and when I returned, they couldn't find the correct ones. I found one of them at Autozone and ended up buying the other at a bearing house in Provo.

The staff was very attentive and so amazing! They went above and beyond to fix our problem, one even standing in the cold to fix our issue. They all did a phenomenal job and we will definitely be back for any future needs.
