Employee told us we couldn't park in certain areas but was rude about it. I was in my car and even after i told him and was moving it he was aggressive and anyone who was walking by he would yell they couldn't park there and shoved his fingers in their face. I understand there is certain parking for certain stores but he was not nice at all and on top of that put all his fingers on my car after i told him he didn't need to do that. Blurry pics but here is one of him going off on another person.

This store has sooo many parts!! Rarely have to order anything! Employees are also really helpful and knowledgeable

I came in last weekend and just haven’t been able to stop thinking about how awesome the employees who helped me were! Oswaldo and Nicholas were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the process to me. I’m from out of town and they helped keep me calm and ensure to me that everything was going to be okay! It was an all around great experience!

I came in for a rear windshield wiper and got the wrong one. An employee named Ken was about to leave to go home after his shift and he stopped to see if I needed help, pointed out I got the wrong wipers, got me with the right ones and installed it for me. Thank you Ken for helping me out!!!

Store hours online and on the physical building showed closing at 8pm on Sunday. I showed up at 7:15pm and the LED “open” sign was illuminated. But the doors were locked and no one was inside. Pretty pathetic and very disappointing

The man named Tony that works here is truly THE MAN! I broke down in the Best Buy parking lot nearby and he did everything he possibly could to help me out. He was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If I'm ever in the city again and need parts I'll go to this O'Reilly store just because he works there.
