My son did PT and OT here for toe walking and sensory processing issues, and it was a great experience! The front desk receptionists learned his name and would enthusiastically greet him every time we came. He did PT with James and he was so positive and kind to him always. Katrina was awesome for OT! My son made so much growth. Highly recommend the therapists and staff at this place!!

My son has been going here for a while for speech , OT, and feeding. All of his therapist are amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

If I can give them zero stars I would, this people are so rude they don’t care about your child every one there is so pathetic and if you report them about any type situation with their therapists Specially Nicky they will tell your child doctor that you refused therapy for your son , PLEASE DONT GO HERE BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

We were told one price while making the appointment, but after the cleaning and evaluation it was almost 6 times the cost from what we were told.

You sign something that says if your 12 minutes late they cancel your appointment even if you show up. If you do it twice you are not allowed to schedule another appointment. So basically they punish your child for the parent not being perfect. Trying talking to someone in billing was a nightmare. I would never recommend dealing with them. Parents know life is busy and sometimes your 12 min late waiting for a baby sitter. They are more stress then it’s worth. I have never given anyone a 1 star rating even after someone messed up installing my floor I let them fix it.

We love the orem community pediatric rehab. Our son has been a patient there for the past year and had progressed so quickly! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very impressed on the first evaluation we had with the Physical Therapist Alisha! She was able to have our son, who is coming for toe walking, interact and do thorough testing without getting uncomfortable. Our son is normally very shy of strangers and he did everything the therapist asked and had fun doing it! Gave us lots of great ideas for exercises going forward.
