Awesome, locally owned store for climbing, hiking, backpacking, skiing, camping, and outdoor gear. Been a regular customer for many years. Standard prices, (so don't expect anything cheaper than other stores, but it ain't gonna be more expensive either), but great customer service. The employees are always helpful, and fun to talk to.

Best customer service! My daughter planned to go night skiing and we picked up her rentals that morning. Due to high winds, the mountain closed that afternoon before she could go. We were given a credit for future use and no issues when we came back to use it! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!

I had a great experience renting ski gear from Out N Back! It was my first time and the staff made sure I knew how everything worked before I left and ensured I had the right sizes. Everyone was exceptionally kind & the gear was in amazing condition! Will be coming back

Amazing and friendly service! Keith went out of his way to rearrange rental dates since our kids decided they were only going to be skiing one day instead of two, They had our reserved equipment out and ready to go right when we arrived. They even got my board in for a tuneup last minute and even offered to meet me for picking up my board outside of their normal working hours. The service here is beyond amazing! I highly, highly recommend this place!

The college aged workers that helped me were super nice but didn’t inform me on how ski boots should fit so I ended up with the wrong size and didn’t do a lot of runs - but now I know for next time :)However, the guy who helped me return my rental was rude. I think he was the owner so that was interesting.But overall the ski quality and ease of renting was great.
