DO NOT LET THIS DEALER DECEIVE YOU! His model is to buy cars that HAVE been in accidents, but not reported to insurance (thus not on the title), then fix them up and sell them as if nothing happened. The guy straight up told me the car had not been in any accidents! A month after buying the car I take it to the dealer and surprise surprise, the vehicle has been in a front end accident!! Not only that, but the repairs were done as cheaply as possible, literally parts were just epoxied in! Now the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty he assured me was on the car is likely void on any front end issues.
Don't let his prices $1-2k below market lure you in! The cars are worth much less if the warranty is void!
The best part is when I confronted him about it, he tried to claim he had told me about the repairs from the beginning! Nothing is further from the truth and I have two witnesses to confirm it! Please, learn from my mistake and steer clear of this dealer and his deceitful business practices!!

Pacific Autobody has sold cars to 5 members of my family and they have all been thrilled with the work Mark did for them. Plus the prices are unbeatable. He is now concentrating on cars that are 2017, 2018, and 2019 just in case someone wants to still have the factory warranty.

Mark recently repaired my SUV after an accident and my experience with him was the best! He went over and above what I'd seen any other body shop or dealer do in terms of service- he was on time, he did extra things I'd asked at the last minute and didn't even charge me. Later, when our son's car needed a little reapair Mark looked at it- changed out a few parts and sent us on our way- wouldn't take any money! He is a GOOD MAN with a good heart. Thanks Mark!
