Came to PC Laptops with an obscure keyboard issue. Since the issue was intermittent, Sam wasn't able to pinpoint the problem exactly, but he cleaned my laptop inside and out and did what he could to sort out any potential problems. He was a tad on the cryptic side about what exactly he was doing, but was friendly and did good work.

I have a 1.5 year old MSI gaming laptop that iloaned to my brother over the weekend. He was playing GOD of war and the graphics card wasn’t working.I re-installed drivers and ran a test bench and it seemed like the graphics card was fine, but the game was using the slow integrated graphics card.Long story short, my brother told the game to always use the slow graphics card, which is why it didn’t work.Sam at PC laptops was super supportive and helpful. He and the other employees eventually found the setting and fixed it.They didn’t even charge me anything because it’s their free diagnosis week.I highly recommend them.

Sam was super helpful. He answered all my questions and was very kind. I checked in my laptop and was able to pick it up quickly the next day. I'd definitely recommend going here if you have any issues with a computer.

Bronson at the Orem location is awesome. Was able to fix a boot file issue for me in Windows that I couldn't access. Super nice guy and was very informative. Great service and fun environment.

Jacob took the time to review my broken computer problems and was very thourough and just nice to work with. He even let me know that if problems arose again I could give him a call and he would help me right away.

I was looking for some screws for my radiator fans and stopped into PC Laptops to see if they had them. Sam was super friendly and happy to help out with this. Sometimes small things like this are hard to find, but I love being able to stop into small businesses that go above and beyond to help out customers. Love these guys! Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised by how impressive the computers and staff were at a recent visit to PC Laptops in the Orem, Utah location. The staff were amazing. They can make your computer exactly what you want. Prices are better than expected. We will only buy from PC Laptops from here on out. It’s a category of its own with my wife working from home.

Jacob is the man!! I live 300 miles away and Jacob made reasonable accommodations to help me get my computer fixed same day so that I did not have to stay more than one night in a hotel.Computer was fixed right and necessary parts were reasonably priced! Thank you so much Jacob.
