I went to Petco to pick up an online order. When I walked into the store I was nearly overwhelmed by the amount of pet products that were packed into this tiny store space. There was too much overflowing into the aisles and on the shelves. Initially I couldn't find the check-out register because it was nearly covered with pet products and sale items. I waited at the front of the store for assistance, but it never arrived. I was sure that since the automatic doors signaled that a customer entered, that an employee would come to assist me, yet that didn't happen. Another customer entered the store, and I mentioned that I didn't think anyone worked there, because I had been waiting for a long time, with no assistance. She went and found an employee at the back of the store. The employee was less than excited to assist me, and made some comment about my purchase as I was leaving. I won't be back, because of the poor customer service, as well as the overstocked shelves and aisles, that make the store look messy and unorganized. I'll shop at the competitor, who is always happy to see me, and assist me in a timely manner.

I love this place. The employees are always helpful and awesome. I help a lot of stray cats become domesticated, i do my best to get them spayed or neutered so i can then find them a loveing home. To be able to do this, i need lots of cat treats, cat toys, and cat food that can become vary costly. One of the workers at Petco was so kind to inform me that they do price match prices i find online, and so on that particular day, I was able to save $131.00 in cat treats and cat food which is approximately how much it cost to get a cat fixed and placed into a loving home. So thanks to petco's, one more cats lives have been saved.
Great job, Petco! For price matching and helping it stay affordable to help out the cats that don't have a home yet.

Petco is supposed to be a dog friendly and safe space. My dog was attacked today by another dog as we were walking to the check out. Very upsetting and the staff neglected the situation. The least they could have done was told the owner and the dog to leave. As to not harm anymore dogs in the store. NEVER RETURNING.

I had my dog groomed here it's a little pricey for a small animal. the first time, I paid $65, and not even a few months later, over $70, he weighs less than 10 lbs. Staff seemed very put-off. My dogs nails had not been trimmed. Very displeased with service. DO BETTER

Understaffed and disappointing location. Waited for a quite a while to get help with some fish and when a staff member who had seen me back in the department while she and the other person there checked out other customers took her time slowly wandering over and then deliberately chose to help the customer who had been waiting the least amount of time rather than me or the gentleman who arrived shortly after me. I left without making a purchase. Additionally there was a very large pool of water on the floor next to the tanks, no wet floor signs, just a great big puddle.

This store sent a quote in an email when I booked my dogs haircut and bath. When we got to the store and checked them in the price went up $26 each. I tried to get them to honor the quoted price, the manager was to busy to give me the respect of granting me his presence and explaining the over charges. Plus it took 3 1/2 hours. My dogs are only 10 and 14 pound dogs.
I will not return ever.

Absolutely love taking my dogs here to get groomed! I drive all the way from Santaquin and get better service here than Spanish Fork. Grayson A always does wonderful on my mini Australian Shepherd and makes him look wonderful! Always pleased with the outcome and tip for the amazing work they do!
