I recently visited a plant store (Planted Earth) and discovered that one of the plants I purchased had spider mites. I approached the staff to initiate a return, but was told that they do not accept returns.While I was willing to accept this policy, the staff member proceeded to question my love for the plant and then laughed at me when I explained the reason for the return. He claimed that his plants were bug-free and that he had 50 years of experience in the business, implying that I was ignorant.This interaction demonstrates the need for improved customer service skills and a more professional attitude towards customer complaints.

crazy vibe in here. I went years ago, I think I might have been 12-13 years old. I was at the store with my mom and decided to venture upstairs alone, felt a bad feeling like I was being watched or just a shift in energy. I immediately went back downstairs and told my mom we should go. Didn’t think anything of it until I thought of this experience again almost 6 years later and looked up the history to find out it says on the website it’s frequently visited by the store owner ghosts.

The items are pretty cute, and they are genuine antiques. The pricing is somewhat fair, but slightly on the overpriced side. Overall it's decent product. The old man and woman (I'm presuming are the owners) are rude. My wife asked if there is a plant that requires less sun. And the woman proceeded to say, "well all plants require sunlight, that's how they grow, ya know?" How arrogant toward your customers wanting to buy something

BEST indoor plant selection I've ever seen, and pricing is very fair/comparable to box stores like Lowes or Home Depot. Furthermore, the plants look healthy and have never come home with bugs. LOVE this shop!

The best antique shop. I go often and every time they have new inventory! Everything is fairly priced and in good condition. They offer everything from prints and postcards to teacups, dolls, quilts, furniture, paintings, jewelry… you name it you can find it.

Cute, everything is drastically overpriced. Unless it's a piece you can't find anywhere else, it's likely you can get it at a better price elsewhere

Great shop, great staff, a must visit if you're in the area! I appreciated the advice I received from the shop owner for plants for my terrarium. Great collection of things.
