Ellie is just the best! Platinum Salon has a nice layout and clean environment, not to mention the amazing people that work there!! Ellie W. took such great care of me and was super kind and flexible!! She also did exactly what I needed! Can’t recommend more.

Kirtlyn Marsh did such a GREAT job on my hair! She was able to schedule me easily and quickly. She took time to massage my head while she was washing my hair, which I loved! All the products she used smelled so good that people were commenting on it all day! She did a great job on my haircut despite the fact that I had recently lost a lot of hair! I was super happy with her and I look forward to visiting her again!

I came to the salon and I seen Tallyn. I came in and seen her because I had a hair cut done somewhere else and they did not cut my hair the way I wanted. They didn’t even take the time to actually cut it. Tallyn did a great job above and beyond for me to cut my hair the way I wanted. She took her time and made sure I left happy. She has a great personality and you can see how much she loves her job and connecting with her clients. I will for sure be back to see her for my next hair cut. 😊

Cancelled on me 2 hours before my appointment because the stylist who was supposed to do my hair was sick. I booked with a salon, not with a stylist. They should be able to bring someone else in. That appointment was made 3 months in advance to be sure I'll have my hair done for an event.

I have a lot of thick long hair! It takes so much time to get through any kind work when it comes to my hair.
Brittany does an excellent job with my hair. She is not afraid of lightening my dark hair. She knows how to treat it without drying it out or breaking it.
My hair has never felt so soft. I love the way it looks and feels now that Brittany styles my hair. (Update - Brittany moved from the salon to another location)
I have been trying to get an appointment with the esthetician for a while without any luck. :/

Katy McClean was very friendly and personable. I enjoyed talking with her. She did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair and it looks just like the picture I showed her. Very good experience. Thank you Katy!

Kaylia did such an amazing job!! I had a botched haircut from someone else and was so devastated, but a friend recommended her and she got me in the next day. She was so detailed and explained to me what she saw and her process before she did it, and understood exactly what I was asking for. I will definitely be seeing her again! The salon was very clean and inviting.

I am not happy with Platium Studio, i made an appointment for my wife to get her hair cut and colored. They did a great job on the color. But the cut was terrible! To start with the stylist would not cut it the way she wanted it. I think she was just lazy, her hair is very thick, the cut she likes requires them to thin her hair. The stylist kept telling her, no, you don’t want that. Then the cut was uneven. Had to go get it cut again, after she got home. When you pay $170.00 to get your hair cut and colored you expect it to be the way you want it
