Took in my 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. It kept throwing some weird codes. They were able to diagnose it and they work with AUTTO (after market warranty company) and the total cost for the repair was $1200. I paid my $100 deductible plus $100 extra for labor. Mark and his staff really knows their stuff and they got my car handled in like three hours. Will definitely trust my maintenance and repairs to them. Thanks again

They fixed my sunroof in May. It was fine, but did take 3 weeks and they had terrible communication on when I would be getting my car back.
In June, the sunroof would not close. I had only used it a handful of times since they fixed it. When I tried to call them to repair it, as it had literally been a month since they had fixed it (and 1500 dollars) I felt they should help me out. Not only did they never answer my calls, they never returned my voicemails. I called every day for a week. Still haven't heard back from them. Terrible communication and business. Idk how anyone goes here.

Went in for a diagnostic, was worse than I thought and better than I feared. They were honest, didn't try to upsell or sugar coat anything, got everything done same day despite needing parts, and I left not feeling overcharged like most mechanics leave you feeling. 10/10 will be bringing my truck back for any issues

In order to replace a part of the ac in ny car my husband needed the refrigerant pulled out, and then put back in after he replaced the part. When calling around many mechanics refused. Precision auto was willing to do it for me and they were fast and helpful and I really appreciate the service so I will be getting some more work done here on all of my cars.
