Holy hell! Been going to SS marine for my parts since the beginning. Since Premier moved in it’s gone down hill. Lady in the parts department needs a big attitude adjustment. Totally disrespectful and way too comfortable in her position. She thinks she has some type of authority over others. I go in and get parts under my account and she thinks my business is made up after being in business for over 14 years and will no longer do a discount for me. If you are reading this please come to Pinnegar diesel and marine for your new and rebuilt engines and anything boat repair.

Shop had my 15hp outboard for a full summer season, after several visits back and forth, and after paying for a “full rebuild” and everything they recommended, we never got it to run again.

In April I picked up my boat out of storage. They have my credit card on file and have continued to charge me $150 per month in May, June, July, and August even though they don't have my boat. I would recommend to everyone who has given Premier Marine a credit card that check for false charges. I will never do business with them again for their dishonest credit card charging practices. Even after I have disputed the charges they continue to charge my card. Can I give ZERO stars?

I will never ever have my boat serviced here again 225 Mercury Optimax, came back to me the last time after I had a 100 hr hour service performed with the fuel lines lose and leaking fuel and trying to pull in air, which caused my boat to die on me while on the lake. Took it back and it still leaked fuel. I never did return a 4th time, I figured 3 times taking it back they don't know what they are doing when working on outboards.

So we went to the store for some parts at 3:30 PM and they were supposed to close at 4 pm. The store was completely locked up and closed. In the age of technology if you’re going to close early post it on Google so people don’t travel an hour to find out you’re closed. We had to travel another store another 30 minutes further south just to get the part we needed.

Absolutely terrible place. I went in today to buy a outboard Motor. Noticed that they had a 9.9 hp outboard mercury, listed with a sale price of 2800 dollars. I told the sales associate I wanted to buy it. I told him I needed to go get cash, and that I would be right back. The sales associate said he would have it for me when I got back. I went and pulled out cash and came back. The sales associate then told me that he couldn't honor the price cause it was a Grand opening price. He said he could sell it to me for 4k. I was extremely frustrated they wouldn't honor the sales price they posted and told me they would. Do not do business with people this dishonest. Waste of my day!!

I wouldn't to this place again if I needed a lightbulb. If they can't find the answer on thier computer, then they can't do anything for you. An old guy used to work there and he would just go get the little l thing you needed. But it's just kids now and they couldn't find anything. Didn't even make an effort.

Amazingly well done and fast service!Boat motor would die every time when put 1/3 the way into reverse...fixed now! Does forward and reverse perfectly, and lubed up so smoother and easier to throttle...Thank you!More than worth the 1 hr service charge to have professionals fix a complex problem quickly and correctly!

Premier Marine is the best. My boat wouldn't start despite changing out a blown fuse. Aaron was able to fit me in quickly for a diagnostic as my symptoms are generally easy to diagnose and hopefully fix. He determined the problem was a bad relay. He didn't have one in stock but sent me to a local parts store to get one, which I installed. Everything back to normal now.One thing that was different from the last time I used Premier Marine is the email communication. When I called the VM message directed me to send an email rather than leave a VM. I did and it was promptly answered. We had an exchange of five or six emails over the course of a few hours. Easy and convenient to communicate with and a nice way to have a record of all that was discussed.Aaron didn't win my business that day, he further solidified my opinion that Premier Marine is one of the best, most competent and honest boat repair shops I've ever dealt with.Service: Engine repair
