I bought a hat today from the Orem location in the University mall. Smitty helped me and he did a great job. He talked to my son about basketball. He asked him who’s the greatest of all time Michael Jordan or LeBron James? We had a great conversation and I just thought he did a great job talking to everyone who came in the store. I watched him talk to every single kid that walked in. I think that is a Lost skill for stores like this. Often times the people working just ignore customers. But both of the guys that were working in the store did a good job of talking to everyone who came in. I ended . I think that is a Lost skill for stores like this. I had a frustrating experience at the Pro Image store in Orem today. I come down from Salt Lake every few months and had been eyeing a jersey since last summer. I knew the price was $200, so I was excited to finally buy it today, especially with the team coming to town next week. I tried on a couple of sizes, looked at the prominent $200 price tag, and proceeded to purchase it.
However, when I went to pay, the jersey rang up for about $25 more than I expected. I pointed it out to the associate, and he showed me a smaller $225 price tag buried in the large barcode on the label. He brushed it off as a $20 difference and sent me on my way, so I didn’t think much of it at the time.
But after getting home, I realized that this was bad business practice. The more I thought about it, the more it felt like I should have been charged the lower price I saw upfront. There are plenty of Pro Image stores closer to home, from Provo to Ogden, and after today’s experience, I won’t be driving down to Orem again. Very disappointing!

As a basketball junkie, I've been searching all over town for something from the 2022 Women's Final Four in Minneapolis. Pro Image Sports at Mall of America had the best tee shirt anywhere and the price was great at $28. Later, I checked out the official NCAA stores at the Convention Center and Target Center, but what I found at those outlets was very expensive and nothing out of the ordinary. Pro Images is the best!

Do not buy from this store!! My son got a stocking cap as a gift which was almost identical to one he already had. Unfortunately the cap did not have a gift receipt with it so they refused to take it back. Couldn’t even get in store credit for it. Won’t shop at this store. Buyers beware!!!
