PROS: Good communication and easy set up from out of state to secure a unit. Seamless and well-explained gate and entry procedure, so I was able to enter at 6:30am, unload a full moving truck, and fill the unit. Flatbed dollies available, the freight elevator and auto door worked great.
CONS: Very tight drive around the building for large trucks, however, it is negotiable if you take it slow.
I stopped at the office on my way out (mid-day), but it was locked and nobody on site. Disappointing.

The storage facility is fine enough but the fact that each time I've come, there's nobody working the desk for me to purchase supplies, boxes or locks or just ask a question to. Doors are always locked and no reply to voice mail Definitely not good.

I rented a unit that I felt was too small for what I was told I would get when I signed up over the phone. But once I talked to the property manager, Terri, they remedied the situation within minutes of expressing my concerns. The facility is very clean and I'm super happy for the size I'm getting for the price. I highly recommend this facility!

Terri gave us fantastic service with our experience here! The grounds are well kept and very secure. The storage facilities are easy to navigate and clean. Our storage unit was the perfect size for a great price.

At first it seemed to be fine but the experience was awful I did reserved a unit 8x16 for the next day because I couldn’t go that day ,so I went today to finish the process since I talk to someone yesterday and said I was going to go today to rent it and they agreed so I got there and found the unit was rented to somebody else yesterday at 10:00am and I did the reservation at 9:30 am so why even bother to offer a reservation online if they are not going to respect that I made plans for it already and talk to people and now I was left with a “I m sorry “ , customer service Terri she was fine and trying to help as much as she could but the units she had didn’t fit my needs, that is why I did a reservation but I was throwed under the bus I do not recommend this place since the online experience is one thing and real life is another better to look for some business that is congruent and respectful so my rating is less than zero
