Nice place to get your car washed! Kelsie is amazing! She always so friendly and helpful. I've been a customer for years and the long time employees deserve a lot of credit to. Sure there's a lot of car washes but not one in such a convenient and active area. It's busy but the patience mis worth it for the service.

I love this Quick Quack car Wash location ?
The staff was very friendly, especially Andrew. I was more than taking care & he was able to answer of all of my questions + my car looked great when I was done.
I do have to admit my favorite thing was finding out that they have Quick Quack Air Fresheners that are so dang cute. I, of course, got the one. My other favorite feature was the vacuums and how easy they were to use. Thank you again, for a fast and easy way to get the job done!

(Original 2 stars) I go to the car wash to wash my car and vacuum too. They had all of their vacuum stations closed with no notice. I'm a college student so it's not like I can afford to get a car wash all the time, I decided to get one today but I should have gone somewhere else so I could actually clean all of my car, not just the outside. Very disappointed. If you're going to have all your vacuum stations closed, please make it know when we are paying. I feel ripped off.
Update: quick quack reached out to me and I was able to speak with the manager of that location. She explained the situation and apologized for any inconvenience and then gave me 3 free car washes. She said that if there are any problems in the future that I can reach out. I'm grateful for businesses that truly care about their customers!

Very bad service lately I am surprised by the staff, in general they are very friendly, there is a boy with long hair who is very rude, he treated me badly and I felt discriminated against since it is not the first time that he speaks badly to me, he touches my window in a bad way offering the wet wipes to clean my car, this time my car was not completely clean and I passed it a second time and it told me I couldn't pass multiple cars ?♀️ it was the same car it just wasn't clean as I expected it had a little mud. To my surprise, I returned on the third day to wash my car again and or surprise I reported and now my account was suspended ?what's wrong with that guy

A warning to those with vehicles older than five years: If your car is damaged due to their equipment, they will not help you. Even if they are at fault, they will use their five-year policy against you, and you will receive no help.
I was going through the car wash one morning when I heard a loud thud. That's when I realized that the machine that spins (with the cloth strips attached) broke my side mirror. I immediately talked to a worker and filed a report. The worker said it would take around three days for management to contact me. After four days of not hearing back from Quick Quack, I went to the car wash and asked for management's phone number or some method to contact them. The workers kept saying that they would contact me soon. Nine days after the incident, they finally contacted me (the incident occurred on August 19th, and they got back to me on August 28th). Management gave me the same excuse that they give on their Google reviews: that they checked the cameras and could detect no malfunctions with the equipment - which is to say that they're not at fault. Since my vehicle is older than five years (a 2016 model), they won't help cover the costs of repairing the mirror. Instead, they offered a month of free carwashes when I already had the premium membership WITH the flock pass for two other vehicles. It's ironic how they offer free carwashes after they've just damaged your car.
A message to Quick Quack: Feel free not to respond to this review. I don't want your month of free carwashes, I don't want your excuses, and I don't want your apology.

All of the staff is so nice and professional. My car looks great, and the ceramic membership is totally worth it! The other locations are also great I’ve been over there a few times with my membership and it’s great!

Probably the worst experience I've had at a car wash ? I waited at the front of a line for about 5 mins until someone came out to my car and repeatedly tried to pressure me into a membership, and trying to make me feel stupid for only going with a single wash. The wash itself didn't even clean my car off, and left soap residue all over the hood that I had to try and wipe off with a towel afterwards. I think I'll stick with a different location from now on.

I drive in Saturday at about 8:30 am. I waited a few seconds to just get the gate opened. When I got into to loading I motioned to the young man to spray the bug juice on the windshield and front of the car. He was pretty casual, but I knew after a burn and turn to So Cal, I had lots of bugs. I proceeded thru the wash and, as expected and to wipe off the bugs on the windshield and the right side of the front on the car that was barely sprayed. I almost went through a second time. As a "Ceramic Duck" monthly subscriber, I didn't really feel the love this morning.
