THANKS to our appliance gentleman his name last name is Perl. We appreciate what he does. He’s easy to work with and shows shows you options that are available. He’s great to work with as his RC Willey the deliveries today to gentleman came down delivered it. We’re very clean. Got everything set up and we’re great to work with. Thanks very much RC Willey.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I bought a desk online. Chose to have it delivered. When it wasn’t delivered, I called customer service. They told me that I didn’t check a box. Confirmation email shows I did. Decided to go an 1 1/2 out of my way to pick it up at the warehouse. Called customer service back to tell them that is what I will do. They told me they would let will call know. On my way there, I thought it best to call customer service again to confirm that I was coming. Was told that they let the warehouse know. I arrive at will call, they tell me that it will be about 30 minutes to pull it. Wait, what? Were they not informed I was coming? Nope, no one told them. Called customer service again. They asked who I talked to….. ummmm customer service. I was asked who I talked to at customer service? I don’t know! Well if I didn’t get a name, how are they to know. I’ll tell you what. Based off of this one experience, I will never, ever buy from them again. Lied to, gaslite, more than a half of a day of my time wasted. Terrible, absolutely terrible. Shame on you RC Willey, shame on you!

My sister and I live together. Our home needs new kitchen appliances and we both need new mattresses. We went to RC Willey for the Memorial Day Sales. We were able to purchase what we needed and save a substantial amount of money. The associates, Keri and John, were both great to work with.

I love RC Willey. If you shop the holiday sales you get the most for a great price. I got an amazing love seat and couch for 600.00 over Memorial Day. The ladies at the desk are amazing. Salesman are very knowledgeable and let you know if the product is really something that is for you.

We went in to the Orem store for the Memorial Day sale. We picked out a dryer and it was to be delivered a week later. The salesman wrote up a washer and one week later a washer that we didn’t need/want showed up. We refused the delivery and went elsewhere to get a dryer.

I found what I was looking for and I was able to get it the next day. The salesman was very friendly and took care of me quickly. I love RC WILLEY. The cashier took good care of me.

Everything was great except the men who delivered the white couch left it smudged in about four areas with their dirty hands. Please be cleaner with white upholstery.

We always go to RC Willey first when we need appliances or carpet or anything else for our home. We’ve been here for 12 years in this house and every time we have needed furniture or appliances or carpeting, we’ve gone to RC Willey. We love the fact that we can pay it off in 12 months with no interest. They are friendly and helpful and I’ve always been able to give us what we need. The deliveries are always on time and very professional. We’ve never had any problems with anything we have purchased from RC Willey.
