I went into red wing to see about getting some new work boots. They had modern equipment that could measure my feet and how I walked so they could recommend the exact shoes that would work for me. I came home with two pair that have been good for my feet and lasted a long time. I would recommend this store and their staff for the best service.

Did their foot scan fit thing, says I should be a size and a half smaller than I usually get. Can't even get my foot to slide into 1 size smaller than my usual, I have a wider foot so I'm looking for a wider size, I say this and show that I'm unable to fit in a size smaller. Rep continues to bring out the smaller sizing even though I keep asking to try what I normally get. No dice, just keep bringing the small stuff out, they don't carry wider sizes, I could fit into my normal size with normal width but its a bit tight on the tops of my feet. I know that with work socks on which are thicker, its not going to be good for me.
Why are you arguing the point with the guy that has to buy and wear them? Just shut up and bring out the sizes I can fit into and stop trying to bring out the foot squeezing to small sizes you think I need because dome computer said so when I literally can't even pull them on because I have feet that are taller than average. Rep wasn't rude necessarily, just wouldn't listen and kept trying to get me into something I already showed I literally couldn't pull on which felt demeaning. I've been buying boots that fit my whole adult life, never tried red wing before and now I probably never will.

I went in to simply find my size and try on a few pairs. The young lady who helped me did an amazing job! She mentioned it was only her second day, but I wouldn't have known, she was awesome!

Peter and Amie took such great care of my dad and didn’t stop until they found the perfect shoe for him. He has super wide feet and uses a walker so it was quite a task. They even oiled up his existing shoes. Such a great experience highly recommend.

I needed to get a solid pair of work boots with a steel toe and wanted to try the new 2533 from Red Wing. I do not live anywhere near a Red Wing store and very few locations showed as having that boot in stock. I called the Orem branch to get assistance with availability and sizing. Peter went above and beyond helping me get a pair. He tried on multiple sizes over the phone to give me as much information as he could before placing an order. He even packaged them up to protect them during shipping. He was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Exceptional service from Red Wing Orem. Thank you, Peter!

Jonny was incredible. I walked in about 20 minutes left to close cause I really needed new boots. He helped me every step of the way, grabbing several pairs of boots as I asked and offering helpful comments the whole way. Finally decided, went for the extra epoxy toe and couldn't be happier. Left a little after close so i apologize for that, but i am happy and excited to have a new pair of redwing boots. Thanks Jonny

Im VERY Demanding on my shoes, so much so most shoes only last me 6 months before i've put a hole through the side, started buying red wings 2.5 years ago and i have not been disappointed!
This store has great selections and the staff is always very helpful, recently had a small issues with one of my shoes and the worked upfront was able to help me out in a timely manner, highly recommend!

I got a much needed fitting for my feet for shoe / boot insoles. I have high arches. And they are serving me well. Plus I purchased a brand new model of made in the USA boots by Red Wing and I love them.
