It takes a lot to get me to write a review. This is big! So my old Ford Ranger has had several issues with the kill switch. They took care of it quickly and found out what was really going on! I gave them a new signaler to install, and they installed it quickly as well. For all the work they did, they only charged me half of what others told me they would have charged just to install the signaler, even if I provided it. They could have charged me a lot more, but they were honest and kind to me. I want to keep using them for all my car needs.

I’m giving one star because I purchased the three tire get one free deal, but it was not communicated to me before hand that there was a $120 mandatory warranty that came with that specific promotion. Misleading consumers with hidden fees is the epitome of unethical business practices.
Be warned, if you go with this deal, there will be a $120 mandatory warranty tagged on it and you won’t know until you see the bill.
As a social worker, client centered ethical practices and transparency aré important to me. In my industry, these are core values. Unfortunately, many industries like Rocky Tires are incompetent in transparent communications around hidden fees and therefore they cannot be trusted.
When I was on the phone, I heard a lot of talk about buying three tires and getting one free. I was even given the price differential. The $120 mandatory warranty was not discussed. I TRUSTED in this company as to not investigate the price of the tires and find the disparity beforehand. I was lead to believe that the total cost was directly correlated to three tires at retail cost.
The fact that there was no mention of the warranty beforehand is a disgrace. Such lack of transparency leads me to believe that the promotion is just another marketing scheme, and you end up paying full cost, even if you have no need for a warranty.
There was also no paperwork given to me regarding this warranty. Many warranties become void if you miss a single service date. When I called they offered me a “pamphlet.”
What’s worse is they don’t even believe they are doing anything wrong. Mandatory warranties associated with promotions that you push on consumers should be mentioned before the consumer agrees to the promotion. Disgraceful, deceptive and entirely unethical.

Ok these guys are legends. I drove over a nail in the canyon and my tire looked so sad, defeated, and well, deflated of all life. After coming out of the canyon, I searched online for a tire repair place and Rocky's immediately popped up. I headed over there and they instantly took care of my issue. They were so kind and so quick. And the wait in their waiting room was fantastic as well. They had killer 80s music in the background and it took me back to a time where everything was right in the world. They fixed my tire up and injected it with sweet delicious life again. And on top of it, didn't charge me a dime. Highly recommend these guys!

So friendly, so helpful, so efficient. I came in randomly with a tire leak and they patched it immediately and for free too! Even though I’m not a regular customer! They were so nice and explained what happened and what I needed to do next. I really appreciate them and would definitely be my go-to if I lived closer.

By far one of the best services I've had. I came in for an issue with my brakes which weren't done well at another mechanic. There was no fluff in dealing with the issue; Ivan who helped me was direct and quick to diagnose the problem, and he made sure I understood what he was doing. The price for his time was fair, and the turnaround time from start to finish was about an hour. I was recommended to come here by a friend, and would recommend the same to anyone.

Went in for a new TPMS sensor and they told me that it just needed to be relearned and did it for me for free. I will 100% be going back for my next issue.

They were able to service my car pretty quickly considering I went to them for a last minute issue. My only hiccup with them is that they told me before installing my new tires to my existing rims that I would have a warranty on the tires only for them to tell me after it was installed and paid for that warranty is void because my tires cannot be rotated... So I'm upset about that but everything else was decent.
