I’m beyond frustrated this is a shady business I had taken in my car because the tail lights were not working. I asked can you inspect and see what it could be and they said should be no longer than 15 mins. No work was done to the vehicle and was charged 100$. Not only that they never told me if they were going to charge me or not. I want a refund tell me the price up front. You told me it wouldn’t cost and you charged me. All they did was flip a switch it took them 2 hours. Auto mechanic did not repair the vehicle and did not do anything but flip a switch.Service: Electrical repair

Umm Erica! She is amazing! I have never felt more at home when I was there. I came in to get a rusted out license plate screw out of my car. I walked away with the problem solved, new friends, and an estimate for more work to be done. This was the best experience I have ever had at any mechanic or body shop. They are so friendly. Even the clients in the shop were catching the fire and were so happy. It makes me feel like there is hope in this world that we can be friendly to all and remember to carry a smile. Thank you Roy's auto Body. And thank you Erica! It doesn't seem like you are under appreciated here, but in case you are, this business would sorely miss you if you were gone. You have an amazing radiance that shines proudly! Keep it up!

I can't say enough positive things about Roy's. Went here first for the intoxalock services. Their mechanic has fixed numerous issues with my vehicle quickly.. sometimes even issues that I didn't even go in there for... Then! They didn't even charge me for that extra labor he did (twice!) When they charge me for the services they performed its so reasonable that I feel like I should offer to pay more! Lastly, the things they've fixed... breaks, transmission issues, windows, etc have stopped being an issue ever since. These guys deserve recognition for their explemplary service as professionals and also for being such good people.

The lack of communication from this company is concerning. Not only did they work on my car when I didn't want them to they didn't tell me when it was ready to be picked up. I mainly took it in for a diagnosis and replied "okay" when they sent me a text with the diagnosis. Apparently they got the parts for my car not even 30 minutes later and did the work on it. NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT ANYTHING. After that my car sat in their lot for 5 extra days once it was fixed. They didn't even tell me my car was ready to be picked up. The only reason I found all of this out is because I went to pick my car up so I could fix it myself and it was already fixed sitting in their lot. I was out of a car for 5 extra days and spent hundreds more on my car than I intended too simply because the communication from this shop is nonexistent.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We had a rodent get caught in the inner workings of the vehicle. They were able to replace the damaged part quickly and the decaying smell went away. they even threw in a couple air fresheners. I will use their services again!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I had to make three separate trips in because of issues with ordering the wrong size tires and wheels, but Roy's made it right by helping me out with a discount. Erica really saved the situation (I was a little upset about my wasted time) by taking full responsibility for the issues and being friendly, kind, and communicative. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and my new wheels looks and feel great.Services: Tires

We have used Roy’s for all of our car repair needs. They do great work and are very helpful and honest with the work and very professional. We have had them work on all our vehicles from my ‘94 F 250 to our ‘17 Expedition. We even referred them to work on my nephew’s VW Tiguan. Roys Auto is great! I have a vintage sports car that needed some accident repair and they took care of it no problem. Erica was super cost conscience when finding parts and constantly made sure I was ok with the price. My wife and I have a RAV4 that started overheating last year and consumes about a gallon of 50/50 coolant antifreeze each week. We've been to 3 other mechanics prior to Roy's Auto to get the Water pump, thermometer, and cylinder 2 misfire fixed, but unfortunately none of those fixed the issue.We have a 6 month old baby, so we need to have A/C before the hot months of summer and are desperate to get the car fixed. We decided to take our car to Roy's Auto after seeing the positive reviews online. They told us our head gasket was cracked, so we paid 3.5k for the repair. At check out, Erica said the fix looked excellent and we should be all set and we have a warranty for the labor if not.Not even 2 days later, our coolant was drained again, the A/C wasn't working, and the car was overheating and so was our baby. We took it to another shop to get it inspected (no work was done), but Roy's said the warranty only works at their shop, which is understandable, so we took it back. It has been 3 weeks, and no work has been done. I called after a few days, and they said they saw the car but didn't know what work needed to be done. I explained that the fix we paid for didn't work, so we took it back because the labor was under warranty and Roy's said they would discover the root cause of the issue if the repair we paid for didn't work.I called 3 days ago (2.5 weeks later), and a new person answered the phone while Erica was OOO. He said no one had looked at the RAV4 yet and there were no notes for the car, so he would write some notes down and update me the next day after he could take a look. It's now Friday, we called again and the same person from 3 days ago answered again and said their main person is on vacation, so still no work has been done on it.My wife and I don't know what to do at this point. We are driving an old Honda Civic with no AC while the RAV4 gets "fixed". We've limited our driving since our baby overheats anytime we try to drive anywhere.I'm not saying you shouldn't give Roy's Auto your business, because they have clearly helped out a lot of people in the past. I'm just sharing our experience to shed some perspective on what a $3,500 1 star experience looks like from this shop and hope you have a better encounter. They were eager to get the work done when we were paying, but now that we are utilizing the warranty, the car has remained in the same spot we left it for 3 weeks without being touched. I will share some updates when they are made available.

Roy’s is my go to. They always try and make recommendations to help me save money and be preventative with car care. I called yesterday hearing some weird noises and Caden told me to bring it in right away. They got it figured out by the end of the day yesterday, did an oil change for me this morning, and I picked it up today. Their team’s customer service is amazing and they’re always willing to go the extra mile!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

the repairs were done properly but really really really late and the office managers communication was not what we would have hoped for. When we asked about why the car was not done on time, the woman behind the desk said that it was because the owners wife was a man eater and had her husband, who i assume is roy???, balls in her purse. We just got his car serviced at the dealer and it reminded me of this experience last year.

Roys is the best place around to go for any car needs. Not only that, but they are the only place I would ever go to for Volvo maintenance. Not just Roy, (the owner), but all of the staff are extremely nice, honestly, and personable. The feeling of being able to hand my car over in complete trust is unmatched.
