I have never had a shoe salesperson like Heidi before. She knew the shoes, the health of feet, and she was patient as she worked to find just the perfect shoes for me. Wow!

I wanted to give a shout out to the 2 sales reps who helped me pick out the correct running shoe and the size. I got my Altra Torin 7 shoes this week and they are the best exercise shoes I've ever had. Great customer service! I'll be back.

I had a great experience here! Brigham brought out a great selection of shoes and helped me figure out which I wanted without overwhelming me. He answered every question I asked and seemed to know a lot about the shoes. When I left I was super happy with the shoes that I got!

I can run now! I'm very flat footed and always thought I could never run. Every time I tried I would get a lot of pain. I came here and bought a good pair of shoes and did a technique/gait analysis. I got such good feedback!! Turns out my technique was terrible. I can run now I just finished a 4 mile run and I'm very grateful for this store!

Most of the young staff members are nice, but some of the older ones are pushy. When I visited this store, the staff seemed busy, so I waited around for them. After a while, This old lady spotted me and asked me what I wanted. So I asked her if I could try on a specific pair of shoes. I usually wear size 8 shoes (but my shoes range between 7 to 8.5, depending on the shoes), but this lady told me they only had Men’s 8.5 size. I tried them on, and I thought they were too loose. Then I asked to try on Men’s 7.5 and 8’s. They didn’t have any men shoes on sizes lower than 8.5, but they gave me the Women equivalent. I liked the size of the Women equivalent of the Men’s 8, and I felt like the size was correct for my foot. However, this older lady explained how the shoe fit should be and it can be a little loose in the forefoot as long as the arch and the heel fit correctly. I understood what she explained, however, I expressed that I still would like to try on the size 8 when they had it available. She stated that she was not going to have any new shipments any time soon. She was adamant that 8.5 was my size and that she knew better, and that this was her recommendation. She reiterated the facts that she explained earlier, and she emphasized that she was a runner and that she does this for a living. She even brought another staff member - a younger lady- and told me that she was a Track & Field champion and an experienced runner. This girl told me that the 8.5 seem good, but didn’t push as hard as the older lady. When I expressed to this young lady that I would like to try on the Men’s 8, she understood and said that my reasoning made sense. She was making a few more remarks when she was promptly interrupted and sent away by the older lady. This older lady proceeded to ask me the following odd question: “Do you want to get better or do you want to stay the same?” I thought this was slightly rude and condescending, but I didn’t take it personally. I, politely, expressed that I would like to try the Men’s size 8 when they are in stock, and that I was willing to come back. Also, I had brought up that I was interested in looking at some good comfortable walking shoes for my mom, since I saw that the advertising on the outside of the building said that they offered ‘walking shoes’. I was looking forward to be shown some walking shoes that I can buy for my mom and perhaps I would buy some for me, too. However, she told me the following “it would be a waste of my time to show you shoes if they are for your mom, because whatever you like might not be the right shoes that your mom might like” she reiterated this a few times quite often, so when she finally offered “but I can show you some of you want”, I was disinterested and I thought she was finding me unpleasant for some reason. I was trying to be as respectful as possible, and I even waited for her to take care of the register for 10 mins before she could show me a second pair of shoes. I really was just looking to see and try on some shoes, but her attitude threw me off. To me, this older lady came across as a know-it-all that just wanted to sell what was available at her store (After all, their Men’s size 8.5 was the smallest Men’s size they had available for the pair of shoes I was wanting to buy), and she didn’t want to show shoes without having a hundred percent assurance that those will be sold.Perhaps she thought I wasn’t there to buy any shoes because I didn’t look older or just because I was by myself. This was very apparent to me because she did not treat anybody else this way. The rest of the staff were pulling out stacks of shoes (like 6 or 7 boxes per customer) to show to other customers without any issues, but for some reason, this old lady didn’t want to do the same with me because I would be “wasting her time”. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this store.

Really cool store. The woman who helped us, Heidi, was very helpful and was super excited to have us try all the hokas we wanted and even brought out extra colors. The store has a mini little track inside and they are okay with you giving it a little test run outside even. Huge selection of basically all the running shoe brands and accessories you need.

My first time in this store was a success. I was definitely feeling out of my element since running is not my sport, but Kate helped me feel confident, comfortable and she was unbelievably kind. She was very patient and willing to work one of one with me unlike the first gal that approached me. I will definitely be back.

Big fan of Runner’s Corner! My partner bought his running shoes here a couple months ago and I just went back to get mine! They have a great clearance section in the basement. And AMAZING staff who pull out shoes for you so you don’t even have to think about it! My favorite part is how helpful and friendly they are! They walk you through different options and have you run around the see what you like the best. I ended up finding the one I liked thanks to the woman who helped us!Definitely coming here when it’s time for my next pair!

This was one of my favorite experiences here!!! I come here for all my shoes and they were very helpful today. Luke was able to help me get my first trail shoes while still helping my parents to find something for them. They aren’t just kids working in a shoe shop, another employee Seth introduced us to Spartan races coming up and gave us information on that. Runners Corner is a place where you can go if you know nothing about shoes and you’ll be able to learn a lot. It’s not just a visit, it really is an experience

Absolutely fantastic. These employees all know their stuff! No shortage of recommendation and suggestions, that come from experience, for all kinds of products. Not just shoes, but laces, hydration vests, belts, socks, nutrition, poles, flasks, etc. Shout out to Crystal who was very helpful the other day. If you're in the area and needing advice or needing running gear, this is the place.

Such a great running store! Everyone was super friendly and even though they were very busy when I came in, everyone handled it with grace. They did the free gait analysis for me which was really eye opening and let me know about a "learn to run" class they do about once a month that I'll definitely be attending. They also helped me find a new running shoe (the Hoka Clifton 9) which I am excited to try out. After struggling with shin splints for months, I feel like I can keep going with my running and maybe finally get over them after paying them a visit. Definitely recommended!
