Quoted online less than $500 for windshield replacement. I accepted and scheduled an appointment. I arrived at the shop and they said they had to (by law) add $500 (almost $1000 total) for a "recalibration". I declined. Since then I have scheduled replacement (without recalibration) with another company for less than $600. Note: My dealer will do recalibration for ~$150 if I find it to be necessary (it was not needed on my previous car). They lied about recalibration being required by law. The $500 quote for recalibration is a ripoff compared to the dealer $150.

I can’t speak to their quality but their pricing is a complete rip off! I asked to quote a windshield for my truck and they were $1000 after tax claiming recalibration cost $500. I called precision auto glass and they quoted me the same product with warranties and calibration for $512 out the door. Get other quotes first!

These folks were fast and great, they not only fixed my windshield chip/crack, they helped me get on the road when my transaxle shift cable came loose by resetting it so I could drive slowly to a mechanic shop which saved me the cost of a tow service. I know they will do you good as well so check them out.

Had a rock chip repaired on Friday, had a huge crack form on the other side of the windshield on Saturday (absolutely nothing hit the windshield in between). Reading just a couple reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem with them. They told me I’m just unlucky…… ? last time ever using these monkeys.

The pic on the left is done by Safelite and the right is done by someone else. Safelite wants to charge me $700 for replacement and the other one I got it done for $430
Don't go to this place. They give you bad windshield that can barely withstand small debris on the freeway. Never in my life had I needed to repair and replace my windshield so much. A new windshield that get cracked 3 days later, and they want to charge $700+ for replacement. The replacement was not even done correctly. There's a gap on the bottom between my windshield and the car.

Taylor, and the rest of the employees at the Safelite Center located at 100 N 400 W in Provo, UT, were outstanding. I was greeted very positively with their kindness and was guided thru the entire process. When my windshield replacement was complete, the truck was returned to me by the technician. She pointed out the cautions necessary to ensure proper setting would be successful. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you, Safelite.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave a really good and sincere quote right away. They didn’t pressure me to buy anything like other local businesses in the area. They just gave me straight facts on my current situation and what was best for me. Definitely cheaper than the other auto glass repair shops in Orem and Provo and with a big name company guarantee.

Had an excellent experience with them. Tevin was the tech that replaced my windshield and did a wonderful job! He was running a little bit late from another job and communicated with enough time to let me know to figure out arrangements. They also reminded me of the appointment and were great with communication throughout the process. I called after hours because it ended up being more money than originally quoted. It was because my insurance jacked up the price with the deductible so they were able to go without the insurance which ended up save me $40 and glad they told me about it. They are definitely not the cheapest option but you do pay for what you get. So I would recommend paying a little bit more to have a higher quality windshield and service.

This place has one of the worst customer service I've ever had. I was trying to get a windshield replacement through the phone and k had to talk to about 3 people before they connected me to the actual shop. They hung up and the I called back and was left on hold for 10 minutes. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.

Chase was the representative from Safelite that came and replaced my new windshield! He was very professional, kind and respectful. I highly recommend Safelite if you need to replace the windshield for your vehicle.
