I placed an order online & got a call when my order was ready, along with a helpful offer to find anything else in the store that I might've forgotten. I didn't catch their name, but the associate that helped me had super cool green hair. The store was clean and the products were organized on the shelves!

I went into this sally’s after getting my hair professionally bleached (ruined). After explaining the entire situation to the staff I showed them my hair and they recommended me amazing products to fix my over toned hair. The entire staff was so kind to me and I even had to go back to personally thank them. 10/10 I absolutely love this Sally’s. I love you guys so so much.

Worst customer service EVER.I made a purchase online and didn't even get my order. The uber driver left the item at a random leasing office without even confirming i got it and cut off the conversation without sending a picture. I couldn't get my delivery and spent quite a bit of money for this :/I called the store and the manager told me that once the item left the door for delivery they couldn't do anything about it... so basically I ordered a delivery that wasn't delivered and Im not guaranteed or promised an item replacement or refund?I don't recommend buying from this Sally's. If you do, be aware that you might not get what you bought.

No matter what, hair care, dye, nails, etc- Sally's Is The Way.So, the difference is the location's environment.THIS location is Fantastic.? The staff save my life. Reason#1 They're down to earth, and really, really nice people. There are never even Hints of irritation if you blow in like an anxious whirlwind, or are clumsy and knock more than 1 thing over in your haste or lack of basic coordination.2# They know their stuff! You can come in with many questions all jumblrd together, or so many because you're new at something, and they are more than willing to help. And, because they usually have lots of personal experience with the products,( have great tips and tricks too)and in achieving certain looks in real life- I feel like I'm getting a free beauty school class.And so, I leave feeling confident in the price and type of product chosen, and leavr feeling no stress ✌️??.

6/8/2022-I am a licensed cosmetologist, I’ve been doing hair for over 20 years, i went into this sally and the employee followed and watched me like a hawk, I felt so uncomfortable she was acting like I was going to steal something. I still purchased some items and the employee would not give me my professional discount because she needed a hard copy. WOW our business is based on customer service and Sally’s employee are the worst.

Went in to purchase hair color and some gloves walked out being charged $55. Seemed a little high to me after seeing a sign explaining 25% off 100 packs of gloves. The ones I grabbed were excluded so I grabbed ones that were abs was told by the manager that because it wasn’t done automatically she couldn’t honor the sale and she could do nothing to help

The store manager is absolutely horrible to her employees my girlfriend has been trying to get her W2 for a month or so and she’s no help she won’t give us information for ADP she wouldn’t help her in anyway the Orem store needs a manager Maddie is trash

I have come here for hair color a few times and some supplies for it. Keep in mind that this review is mostly only for that. This location has always had the hair color supplies I need and I really appreciate it. I also really like their nail polish selection. I've never talked to the staff much, but I personally haven't ever had any issues. That is just my personal experience though. I haven't been in a lot lately so I don't feel good about recommending it for sure right now.

They were racese to my mother just because she got out of her work and when to buy something one worker was so mean and stare at her up and down. That is really rude and that should not be allow in stores with all what happening this year she doesn't have the right to look at people that way or even be mean to them. Not everyone work at stores that is always clean. So show her to be nice to people.

It's already hard enough to go into a Sally's, but if you want to feel awkward this is the place. I just got boxed out by an employee that said nothing to us, so we just left with no hair color.
