I used to love to donate and buy stuff from this store but lately their prices are very high like if the clothes are brand new! Also they don't have a place where we try the clothes and it is so hard to return stuff.

This Savers is pretty run down and dirtier than others. I came to buy some water glasses for a project and was shocked they were labeled at $5 each. Why are they charging that much? I ended up going to the DI and finding what I needed for a fraction of the cost.

The store is a for profit company that gets everything donated. What the don't sell to the public. They resell to impoverished areas or counties. You would thunk they'd appreciate donations. Nope... They are rude at the donation center. They only have self check out and the "cashier" at that station is also rude, arguing with customers and talking bad about customers. The check out station scan equipment doesn't work and you have to scan everything multiple times. They charge you for a paper bag for your purchases to go in. Oh, they also won't hold a large item at the front while you finish shopping "because of covid". There are no dressing rooms. The store is filfthy. Literally, the ONLY good thing about this place is that they are open on Sunday. I have never had a worse experience shopping in the whole state of utah than this place.

Because of Joy!!!So I go in as a customer to buy items, and then I talk to my fiancee to find where some other items were, well Joy the boss freaks out on my fiancee telling her that and I quote " your boyfriend can't come in and follow you around"Yet I see other customers talking to other workers and don't get yelled at. Talk about FAVORITISM and DISCRIMINATION all in one person. Thanks Savers for that!

Since they took out their fitting rooms, because of COVID; you are FORCED to buy the clothes, hoping they fit. When you get home to try them on; if they don’t fit, you can come back and exchange them for another round of guessing if they fit. If you take the tags off, they tell you that they will NOT exchange them.Stupid and inconvenient is my review.DO NOT SHOP HERE. GO TO D.I. OR ANOTHER THRIFT STORE. I WILL NEVER ATEP FOOT INSIDE OF A SAVERS EVER AGAIN.

This is a well organized collection of over priced fast fashion brands. Decent women’s shoes. Mostly religious home goods and books.

Savers is a lot of fun! If you like to go thrift shopping, check it out. Very similar to what you'll see at Deseret Industries or Goodwill. There's always a very different wide variety of items there. I got some pretty fire ties. They have a really good collection of books you should totally check out.

Just had the worst customer experience of my life here. Went to put some clothes I decided I didn’t want on one of the racks with all sizes and genders of clothes, that staff return to their correct places. I set them on the rack when a staff member ran up to me yelling at me in Spanish then said, “this isn’t where these go! This isn’t MY job!” Then paused to stamp her feet and roll her eyes. I was so confused and just wanted to know where to put them, but she ended up shoving the clothes back at me and I walked off while telling her she didn’t need to get mad at me. The customers weren’t much better, with many throwing glares and a couple who kept following me around while laughing at me. (Really?!?). Check out was a little better, the lady at the check out was nice, but two other employees were too busy flirting to help the cashier when she had cash register problems. So we waited 5 minutes for them to be done flirting so one of them could help. I’m so confused, did I just step back into a portal to high school? The clothes were cute and well priced (especially compared to DI who keeps raising their prices), but it was honestly not worth the disrespect and rudeness I encountered from staff and customers. Go to DI or any other thrift store! Just stay away from this Savers!!!

They have a good selection of cloths and other various products from housewares to tools to toys and the misc stuff. Store is clean and kept up on well. Staff was friendly and polite. They do seem to have more self check outs as employee check outs. The line wasn't long the day and time I went (Sunday 1-2pm) so it was pleasent not having to have a wait at check out

After looking around a lot and picking out a few things I went to look for a fitting room. They don't have one. That combined with their return policy means I'm simply not going to buy. Their prices are also pretty high for what they offer.

There is no fitting room in the store, which is inconvenient considering their return policy is lacking; they only offer exchanges toward same-day purchases. This alone wouldn’t necessarily turn me away from the store; however, there is a god-awful bell that is continuously being rung, sometimes several times per minute. I managed to find a couple items but left the store promptly due to the bell ruining the ambiance and my shopping experience.
