The environment is home-y and there’s so much light and they go outdoors everyday. It doesn’t feel like a mini human prison like other places. I struggle with mom guilt and anxiety a lot because I just want my daughter to thrive and feel safe.”

Communication overall is friendly and consistent — I’m always kept in the loop and never have to wonder how my son’s day went. They go out of their way to make parents feel included and informed.
