Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.I wanted to save some time this year and was willing to pay someone to do my taxes. The amount of time I spent on the phone following up after not getting responses was much more than it should have been. I also was verbally told that after I put my banking information in and signed the forms everything would be paid for by Scofield, and I wouldnt need to do anything. Fast forward to three months later and I get a bill in the mail saying I hadnt paid my states income tax. Now I have to pay that along with three months of interest, all because there was a miscommunication. I called them and they said there was nothing they could donot even pay the interest, and they didnt own up to making a mistake. If I had known the trouble this would be I would have rather spent a few hours to do my own taxes.

Excellent service. We dropped off our tax info and waited to get a call back to sign. When we went into the office on April 15, they handled it all for us without treating us like we were stupid for not having known the deadline was pushed back by a month. They made the process really simple for us. The person who handled our return was knowledgeable and had clearly been doing this for years, rather than the seasonal help who only got trained a couple months ago that most chains offer.

UPDATE 2017 & 2018: Emilee is amazing. So helpful in answering my questions and never making me feel foolish for asking. Gone to her two years in a row now and plan to for years to come. This year they had someone checking people in so that helped. Thx guys!
1st visit 2017 one star: Scheduled a 4 pm appointment. Never got acknowledged or anything for over an hour after I entered and then they closed. Had to return another day.
