I was moving from California to Utah and I needed a mortgage done quickly. My outstanding realtor in Utah recommended Security Home Mortgage, and so did a friend that moved here a couple years ago. I'm glad I listened because the service was outstanding. My (now former) house in California was already in escrow when I found my new home in Utah. My buyer in California and the seller in Utah wanted a fast escrow, so Security Home Mortgage was able to get it done in less than three weeks. Things happened so fast that I was scrambling to get my property packed and in the moving truck. I cannot wait for interest rates to come down and have Security Home Mortgage refinance my mortgage. If you need a mortgage or to refinance, I would highly recommend Security Home Mortgage.
