Did taxes with them and now I after I spoke to IRS telling me they have not received any filing . Called this them and zero understanding. Just said yep I see we did send it. I’ll give you a call back tomorrow. Will not be doing with them again. Honestly, do them on your own with the IRS website than with these people.
Updated: I was able to get in touch with Alysa manager and she helped me resolve the issue in a prompt manner. Would recommend as they did everything possible to resolve the problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. Disappointed in this place. I filed my taxes with them on April 8. Just today it shows received by the IRS. It took several calls to that office and they never called me back. It was only solved because my wife, who had the same thing happen to her, contacted them. When I asked for my reference number because the IRS itself told me to do it, to verify that they did send it. They denied me that information. It means that if you do not communicate with them, my taxes are never sent by them. Bad communication between them. But to collect that same day it was done.

The immigration lawyer canceled my appointment twice, the third time she arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late and for a supposed 6-minute consultation in which she only said that she couldn't help me at all, she wanted to charge me $50 dollars. At reception they said that the advice was free if it was less than 15 minutes. The accounting people gave me better information.

Sorry for the a lot... Years.. really really a lot the years.. we do with this guy's... Before there good... No problem a lot... But now .. doesn't help... I think if we pay to someone do the taxes it's because we don't know how's it to be doing... But . When something happens... Just washed the hands... And telling you... *Cal the IRS YOU... we can do nothing... But of course... There charged for nothing.. ether because the less your work have to be a guarantee... But no... No for you .. I'm so sad... You have to much people that you can't handleNow... now they do have time and they even call at 10 at night... I tried to explain... and it was always... **I just passed the message**... or when they called me I tried to explain again... and the answer was... *** yes,,, noooo we can't do anything... it's you who has to talk... *** if I knew how to prepare my taxes... I wouldn't have to pay your service for 19 years

It is one of the worst centers to do your taxes, they do not help you solve ANYTHING when the IRS may need more information from you, if something happened with the tax declaration of past years they do not help you and they give you a number where only one answer operating machine, at the beginning they are very kind when they charge you to do your taxes, but when something goes wrong, they no longer help you, one of the ladies who attends there told me that it was better to speak in English and that If she didn't know, then she would look for someone to help me, to which I told her: I speak 3 languages, so the lady is something racist.After reading this review, the same lady who sent me to speak English called me and zero empathy in trying to understand my situation, she wouldn't let me speak while we were on the phone and I think it would have been better not to call me if She did not have the willingness to help, I would recommend a class of communication and customer service

Personal think that they're doing you a favor . Poor customer service. Sergio does a good job and he's a very nice person but he needs to know about the service of his personal.
