Silver Loft at south town mall has the best quality on everything you are looking for . I love the experience we always have with Dakota , Kenny and Ryker as the best knowledgeable people in the company.This is the only place that I can trust and the merchandise is always available and with greater quality. Kenny (who seems to always be there) is always very helpful with any questions I may have about the titanium body jewelry they sell, as well as there stone rings! Highly Highly recommend this place for any rings or high quality body jewelry you may be wanting!

Worst experience I have ever had. Employee refused to exchange ring size 8 for a size for a size 7. I bought 3 days ago. frustrated and badgered me. When I asked to speak to manager, he told me, he was the manager. Never shop or recommend anything from Silver loft (Southtown mall) ever. This guy should FIRED , no question.

They have Beautiful jewelry! I would have loved to get this ring, but unfortunately, they didn't have my size. We did get one for my fiancee, he wears it every day. This is the only place I'm able to get earrings that don't bother or infect my sensitive ears. It's also the best place to get body jewelry!!

I went to this place to get my first piercing with my friends and I had a great experience! Jessica did my piercings and she was awesome and super sweet, she made me feel super comfortable! I Highly recommend this place specially if Jessica is there!

I love the experience as well as the lady that pierced my ears. The only reason why I don’t give a full 5 stars is because it is a bit pricey, and my piercings came out previously 2 times before only after a couple of days! I am currently on the third piercing so hopefully it’ll stay in and heal without closing up! They do not offer a discount for re-piercing which kind of sucks but it’s alright!

This is my favorite Silver Loft to go to! The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are great! I really like that they have good quality chains in bulk, for jewelry making, in silver and gold. It is enjoyable to shop here!!!
