WORST BED EVER! Don’t get scammed into buying their super expensive beds and bases! Hated the bed so much we ended up returning it and the base is non returnable so if you don’t like the mattress you’re stuck with a base that will squeak and the air pump turns on ALL THE TIME! The sales men rushed us into signing papers and pushed us out the door so he could go home. It was AWFUL! Way too expensive for what you get! Do not waste your money! There’s so many other mattress brand that are way better for half the price.

We had such a great experience with Jocelynn at Sleep Number! She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and personable. She explained EVERYTHING so well—from what a Sleep Number is, to helping us choose the right bed, and even walking us through financing. She made the whole process easy to understand and comfortable. What stood out the most was that once we said no, she respected our decision and never pushed us to buy something we weren’t ready for. That level of professionalism and genuine kindness made for a very positive experience overall. Highly recommend working with her!

So glad I came into this Sleep Number! We have been thinking about it for a long time, and decided to come in to try the beds.
The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to make these an easy purchase. We will absolutely be recommending this product and store to our friends!

Bought a C2 bed a few years ago. It disconnects from WiFi all the time and it’s such a pain to reconnect. I know it’s not my WiFi since I’ve switched providers since I got the bed.
The bed has also popped several times. Which is something I was never informed might happen, and I was certainly never informed it could happen within the first year. I’ve had to replace 5 air bladders and I’ve just had another one pop.
Don’t get one of these beds, don’t waste your money. You don’t need to adjust the firmness of your bed. Every one I know with a sleep number, myself included, just finds the setting that works for them and then they never change it. You’re way better off finding a normal mattress that’s already the right firmness for you.

This is our third sleep number bed! We love them! The help inside the store was fantastic. No pressure. The bed set up help was perfect too. They knew what they were doing, and they were personable, and kind. They were in and out like clock work.

Conner was very helpful and patient with my wife and I while we decided which bed would be the best option for us, he also helped us stay within our budget, which we appreciated! He went through the whole process with us and everything was just as he said the delivery was great they kept in touch with us the whole time letting us know when they would be arriving as well as letting us know when they’re getting close, they were very polite and kept everything clean making sure to take out all and any garbage out as they went along once everything was installed Juan took the time to go over the app with us to make sure we understood how to use it. Overall great experience and we will definitely be returning for some additional upgrades!
