I drove 2 hours up to orem location and arrived at the store at 2 in the afternoon and nobody was there. Waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up. Called and texted several times and nobody responded or answered. I love sleep number beds and strongly suggest you get one but please do so from the Spanish fork location. This orem location doesn't deserve anybodys money or time. When the manager did text me back after over an hour all I got was a sorry and a misspelling of my name. Maybe if you really wanted my business or to restore a small amount of faith he should have offered me something to help reconcile my extreme annoyance with the lack of customer service. On that note PLEASE GOTO THE SPANISH FORK SLEEP NUMBER LOCATION. These guys are great and helpful and treat you like they actually want you there.

Very disappointed with sleep number. We bought a bed and base and were told that we could return or exchange after 100 days of trial. Well we did decide to return it and they fought us and told us we signed that we agreed it was not returnable. I would not recommend sleep number as they do not stand behind their word.

We were travelling from out of State. I called the Orem store for help and assistance. Chase was very proactive in guiding us with options.. He also contacted Michael to assist. Definitely an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.

Great experience! We had to bring our kiddos with us. While we shopped, one of the associates played with our kids. It was a remarkably stress free experience.

Make sure you ask how long the wait time is to receive your order. We did not find out until we paid that we would be waiting until for 3 months. Would of been nice to know of the wait time, honesty is always the best policy.

Is this heaven??? I can’t believe I’m actually in this most plush mattress I’ve ever been in my entire life I would buy all of them and then I would sleep like the princess in the P except better because she didn’t like her mattresses and she could still feel the P really she was probably just the OG Karen. But these mattresses are but best

I will start this by saying our sales person Mike was great! This review is about the company not our sales person. We have a 15 year old sleep number that was losing air gradually so we decided to up grade to the ILE split king with the adjustable base. We also ordered the upholstered headboard to go with it. The delivery day was scheduled for 7 weeks out. We patiently waited for our delivery date. We received several conformations telling us our bed was coming on the date they gave us. The day before delivery we were given a 3 hour window to make sure we were home for delivery. I got the room ready and waited. At the end of my time window I received a TEXT telling me my new delivery time would be in 7 more weeks! I called to see why and they said they didn’t have the adjustable base. I asked why they would confirm and send out a time window the day before if they knew it wasn’t available and they said They didn’t know. They tried to get me an earlier date but it was still another 4 weeks out. I honestly didn’t know if I could trust that date either because they lied to me the first time about it being delivered. So I canceled my order but they refused to cancel the headboard because they said the order isn’t allowed to be returned or canceled. But I didn’t receive it when they said I would and I don’t trust that it will be delivered on my next delivery date. I understand things taking a long time to ship right now. I know covid has made everything harder but to tell someone the day before the time window their order will be delivered, knowing they don’t even have the order is dishonest. I was really excited for this bed and spent around $10k on it! I’m just really disappointed!

We had decided to look into a sleep number bed and decided we needed to go and and see and feel how the bed work and felt. It was a marvelous experience. Camron give us 45 minutes of info and answered all of our question we got the features and details we needed to make a decision. AI only regret is we have a 6 week waiting period before it can arrive.

This place really makes spending 10k on a bed an easy experience ;) The sales people were so helpful and great to work with. We must have tried out 20+ pillow combinations to find the right fit and the staff humored us the whole time. I'm very hopeful this will be a good purchase for our health.

I just purchased my second sleep number bed today. I bought my first one 15 years ago when it was located in the Provo Towne Centre mall. My old one could surely last a few more years but I was interested in some of the features of their new Flagship model. The sales staff back then was ok but I had a completely different experience today. I was helped by Christian and he wasn’t selling me, he was educating me. He really knew the products and what was best suited for my wife and me. It was a holiday (sale) weekend and there seemed to be a big rush of people just as we arrived. Christian needed to multi-task to help several customers at once. I didn’t feel that my questions went unanswered or that I didn’t have his attention. He gave me just the right amount of time to test and discuss with my wife what he had just demonstrated to us. It’s nice to have a salesman who knows his stuff. I’m looking forward to our new bed that will arrive July 1.
