I’ve just had yet another negative customer service encounter with this management employee Rachel at this store. She lacks Customer Service soft skills and should definitely not work the front counter and deal with customers. Between 2024 and 2025 this will be the third encounter where she was rude to me, very abrupt and acted like pretty much as I didn’t matter as a customer and her way of handling something that didn’t quite go right with my rewards card for me as a customer was again out of this world. Her demeanor was like what she says goes, that’s the way it is and just deal with it! A person like this should not be dealing directly with customers unfortunately. A grocery trip and time wasted at the store for nothing thanks to Rachel.

The Smith's on Center St in Orem, Utah is my go to place to buy my groceries. On a regular bases, I shop from the comfort of my home and go pick my order up. On a rare occasion do I have a sub which is very comparable. The delivery person to my car, takes care in loading my groceries in my car.
